No.F.6(12)/2015-LGE(S)(2):— In exercise of powers conferred upon it under Article 140A of the
Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, sub-section (2) of Section 34 and sub-sections (1) & (2) of Section 24 of the Sindh Local Government Act, 2013 read with sub-rule (1) of Rule 12 of the Sindh Local Councils (Election) Rules, 2015 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf; the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby issues the schedule for Bye-Election to fill the category of seats of Member District Council form the Union Councils, Chairmen / Vice-Chairmen and members in each Union Council / Union Committee and members from the Wards of each Municipal Committee and Town Committee in various local institution of Sindh Province, which were declared vacant vide ECP’s Notification No. No.F.6 (12)/2015-LGE (S)W1 ) dated 13.03.2017 and call upon the electors of councils concerned to elect their representatives from the attached list of Local Government Institutions as per following dates:-
