Syeda Abida Hussain Announced to Contest Election From NA-89 Jhang on PTI Ticket
Former federal minister and Ambassador in USA Mrs. Syeda Abida Hussain has announced to contest National Assembly Constituency of NA-89 Jhang. Few months ago she decied to quit the politics.
But now agaun she is entering inn the active politics of the Jhang district. This time she is ready to contest NA election as independent candidate or on the party ticket of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf.
Previous Election Contests
Earlier she contest mnay time agianst the Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat from NA-87 and NA-88 Jhnag. Last time Syeda Abida Hussain also contest from the city halwqa of NA-89 in 1988 General elections.
She defeated Ameer of Sapah e Sahaba Pakistan Maulana Haq Nawaz.

Syeda Abida Hussain also announced the her daughter Mrs. Syeda Sughra Imam will contest from NA-87 and NA-88.

Syed Abida Hussain is daughter of ex Kernal (retired) Abid Hussain. She has played very active role in national politics in the past. She remained in the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) for many years.
Syeda Abida Hussain criticized the performance of current MNA of NA-89 Jhang Shaikh Muhammad Akram. She told Jhang city is facing sever problem of sewerage system.
Jhang needs the University and latest health facilities for all.
