Today by-election was held in the Punjab assembly halqa of PP-241 Chishtian Bahawalnagar. The strong contest was between two candidates from Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) and Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI).
The candidates were Kashif Mehmood from PMLN and Mr. Malik Muzaffar Khan belonging to PTI.

بہاولنگر کی سیٹ بھی تحریک انصاف نے حاصل کی اور پی پی 241 بہاولنگر 5 کے تمام 168 پولنگ اسٹیشنز کے غیر سرکاری غیر حتمی نتیجے کے تحت پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے ملک محمد مظفر خان 59957 ووٹ لے کر کامیاب ہوئے۔ پاکستان مسلم لیگ ن کے امان اللہ ستار 48147 ووٹ حاصل کرکے دوسری پوزیشن پر رہے۔
