Private Quota zero hona chahiye. Yeh pvt tour operators awam ko mazhabi friza ada kerney k liye bhi andha dhun loot rahey hain. Aor in ka sath court bhi dey ker is gunah mein shamil hey.

Quota of private hajj operators can be increased if they take all persons on waiting list on same amount on which government is charging and same facilities government is offering. Otherwise let the government take the people. The case should have been rejected by the court in the best interest of the people.

In shah Allah the decision will ve favour because the number of seats have been increased as compared to the previous years and thus orivate ooerator are getting more than previous. It is also requested that givt. also started Unerah scheme because of the facilities they have. Govt may used Pakistan houses and their hotels fir thr rest of the year. I am sure this will chanfe the mind of the private tour operaters and they wilo reduce the packages

court should take notice of high charges from private tour. If they did not reduce the hajj charges then their quota will be reduced more in upcoming year.

Well if any decision comes it will be in favor of muslims..Me and my family are on the waiting list of private hajj operstors as there quota is reduced this year. Allah ke her kam me kher hoti hai. Neyat achi honi chahiye. Allah wo kare jis me sab ki kher ho.

If Judge will take Rs.5,000/- Per Pilgrims from Private Tour Operators as under table deal, the estimated amount of (pig hadi) will be Rs. 90 Million, then decision will be made in fovour of Private Hajj Tour Operator.

Supreme Court is the highest court, if Chief Justice takes action we will In Shaa Allah win.
I emailed them,

Please kindly give the judgement in favor of government, majority people of Pakistan can’t afford the large sums of money which private hajj operators charge. Please give 60% of quota to government and send us waiting list members for hajj this year.

اسلام آباد : حج کی سعادت حاصل کرنے کی تمنا لئے جو سرکاری اسکیم کی ویٹنگ لسٹ میں لٹکے تھے، انہیں سپریم کورٹ کے حکم پر کامیاب قرار دے دیا گیا، اب مزید ساڑھے 17 ہزار پاکستانی عازمین کے قافلے میں شامل ہونگے۔
خانہ خدا اور روضہ رسول ﷺ پر حاضری کی تڑپ رکھنے والوں کی دعائیں قبول ہوگئی، وسیلہ عدلیہ بنی اور عازم حج بننے کی سعادت نصیب میں آئی۔
سرکاری اسکیم کی قرعہ اندازی میں 28 اپریل کو جن 17 ہزار 563 درخواست گزاروں کو ویٹنگ لسٹ پر ڈال دیا گیا تھا اب انہیں طواف بیت اللہ اور نظارہ گنبد خضرا کا بلاوا آگیا۔ وزارت مذہبی امور کے ترجمان کا کہنا ہے یہ فیصلہ سپریم کورٹ کے احکامات کی روشنی میں کیا گیا ہے، اطلاع بذریعہ خطوط اور ایس ایم ایس خوش نصیب افراد تک پہنچائی جائے گی۔
سرکاری اسکیم کے تحت 10 فیصد کوٹے کا فیصلہ عدالتی احکامات سے مشروط ہونے پر درخواستگزاروں کو ویٹنگ لسٹ میں رکھا گیا تھا، رواں سال 3 لاکھ 38 ہزار 696 خواہشمندوں نے سرکاری اسکیم کے تحت حج درخواستیں جمع کرائیں، جن میں سے ایک لاکھ 7 ہزار 526 عازمین کامیاب قرار پائے، 40 فیصد کوٹے کے تحت 71 ہزار 684 عازمین پرائیویٹ حج ادا کریں گے۔ سماء

Yes everyone should email them, tell them private operators earn alot from umrah packages around the year. Hajj shouldn’t be considered as business. People can’t afford private packages it is dounle the amount what government charge.

Hopefully, sms will be issued tomorrow. Sindh High court cannot issue the decision against Supreme Court who used wording of 40% quota for Private Hajj Organizers. SHC formal decision is expected tomorrow. SHC has to do nothing except fulfilling a formality.
I called two times (on Friday and Saturday) to Islamabad phone number given by Punjab helpline (111725425) Islamabad number is not remembered at the moment. Both calls were replied with confirmed wording that waiting list candidates are declared successful. Sms or letter not received to any of waiting list candidates. Hopefully we will receive on Monday. Website of Hajjinfo will also be updated then. They are waiting for SHC written decision.

Its a very simple case. I do not know why are they playing with sentiments of people. If i had to give the decision than it would have been following. Quota of private hajj operators can be increased if they take all persons on waiting list on same amount on which government is charging and same facilities government is offering. Otherwise let the government take the people. The case should have been rejected by the court in the best interest of the people.

In shah Allah the decision will ve favour because the number of seats have been increased as compared to the previous years and thus orivate ooerator are getting more than previous. If Judge will take Rs.5,000/- Per Pilgrims from Private Tour Operators as under table deal, the estimated amount of (pig hadi) will be Rs. 90 Million, then decision will be made in fovour of Private Hajj Tour Operator.

Supreme Court is the highest court, if Chief Justice takes action we will In Shaa Allah win.

Please kindly give the judgement in favor of government, majority people of Pakistan can’t afford the large sums of money which private hajj operators charge. Please give 60% of quota to government and send us waiting list members for hajj this year.

اسلام آباد : حج کی سعادت حاصل کرنے کی تمنا لئے جو سرکاری اسکیم کی ویٹنگ لسٹ میں لٹکے تھے، انہیں سپریم کورٹ کے حکم پر کامیاب قرار دے دیا گیا، اب مزید ساڑھے 17 ہزار پاکستانی عازمین کے قافلے میں شامل ہونگے۔
خانہ خدا اور روضہ رسول ﷺ پر حاضری کی تڑپ رکھنے والوں کی دعائیں قبول ہوگئی، وسیلہ عدلیہ بنی اور عازم حج بننے کی سعادت نصیب میں آئی۔
سرکاری اسکیم کی قرعہ اندازی میں 28 اپریل کو جن 17 ہزار 563 درخواست گزاروں کو ویٹنگ لسٹ پر ڈال دیا گیا تھا اب انہیں طواف بیت اللہ اور نظارہ گنبد خضرا کا بلاوا آگیا۔ وزارت مذہبی امور کے ترجمان کا کہنا ہے یہ فیصلہ سپریم کورٹ کے احکامات کی روشنی میں کیا گیا ہے، اطلاع بذریعہ خطوط اور ایس ایم ایس خوش نصیب افراد تک پہنچائی جائے گی۔
سرکاری اسکیم کے تحت 10 فیصد کوٹے کا فیصلہ عدالتی احکامات سے مشروط ہونے پر درخواستگزاروں کو ویٹنگ لسٹ میں رکھا گیا تھا، رواں سال 3 لاکھ 38 ہزار 696 خواہشمندوں نے سرکاری اسکیم کے تحت حج درخواستیں جمع کرائیں، جن میں سے ایک لاکھ 7 ہزار 526 عازمین کامیاب قرار پائے، 40 فیصد کوٹے کے تحت 71 ہزار 684 عازمین پرائیویٹ حج ادا کریں گے۔ سماء

Hopefully, sms will be issued tomorrow. Sindh High court cannot issue the decision against Supreme Court who used wording of 40% quota for Private Hajj Organizers. SHC formal decision is expected tomorrow. SHC has to do nothing except fulfilling a formality.
I called two times (on Friday and Saturday) to Islamabad phone number given by Punjab helpline (111725425) Islamabad number is not remembered at the moment. Both calls were replied with confirmed wording that waiting list candidates are declared successful. Sms or letter not received to any of waiting list candidates. Hopefully we will receive on Monday. Website of Hajjinfo will also be updated then. They are waiting for SHC written decision.
I just called hajj ministry Islamabad office they says decision is still waiting list due to case is running at Sindh High Court ,, now you people are again start your wait till sindh high court decision and decison is pending still 1 june
