Hajj Preparations 2018 – Pakistan Saudi Arab will sign MoU next Month

Government of Pakistan is going toward the finalization of hajj preparations 2018. In this regard the contract between Govt. and Pakistan and Govt. of Saudi Arabia will be signed next month. It is expected that the said MoU will be sign in the fist week of the February 2018.

After the this mutual contract the steps will be taken to hire residences for the Hujjaj e Kiram for the year 1439 AH.

In this year Pakistan will send 1,20,000 pilgrimages on Government Hajj Scheme. Total hajj quota is 1,79,240. Remaining 69,240 persons will perform hajj through private hajj operators.

Last Date of Hajj Applications 2018

Today (24th January) is last day to send hajj application in the Govt. hajj scheme. 13 banks are busy in collecting these hajj applications from the Pakistani citizens. Till yesterday almost 3,25,000 hajj application has been received. It its expected that today this number will be reached almost almost 3,75,000.

Hajj application were started to receive on 15th January 2018.

Hajj Balloting Result 2018

MORA will hold hajj balloting in Govt hajj scheme two days after. The day of Friday, January 26 is set for the this purpose.

Computerized balloting/Draw will be organized.
