Hajj 2018/1439 – Second Balloting / Draw Result 2018
In the month of January, receiving of hajj applications for Govt hajj Scheme 2018. According to sources of Ministry of religious affairs (MORA) more than 3 lac and 75 thousands applications has been received.
Table of Contents
Hujjaj-e-Karam will use 10 airports of Pakistan for traveling to Hijaz e Muqaddas.
Half Hujjaj will reach Midina Munawwara directly.
While others will use Jaddah route and will reach Makka first. Hajj ministry of Pakistan has now released an hajj training Video.
This is very informative.
News Update:- 4th May 2018 (Friday)
Remaining 10% Hajj Quota balloting / Draw held today in Islamabad on the day of Friday. May 4th, 2018. The said balloting ceremony held at 10:00 AM. While Draw results will be uploaded on the MORA official website at 05:00PM.

Dear Zeeshan,
the unsuccessful are failed in this 50 percent hajj quota balloting. But they can participate in next 10-17 percent quota balloting expected after decision of high court, if they will not draw hajj dues till next balloting.

Because at the bottom of screen when we check status it says “All pending cases will be dealt with after court decision” All i want to know is that may be government has balloted for complete quota and announced names of 50%. Put the balance in pending and the rest as unsuccessful.

وفاقی کابینہ کے فیصلے کی روشنی میں وزارتِ مذہبی امور نے قرعہ اندازی کا اعلان کیا
عدالتی فیصلے کی روشنی میں پیسے نہ نکلوانے والے ناکام افراد دوبارہ قرعہ اندازی میں شامل ہونگے
(اسلام آباد: یکم مارچ، 2018) وزارتِ مذہبی امور نے سرکاری حج سکیم 2018 کی قرعہ اندازی کر اعلان کر دیا۔ وزیر مملکت مذہبی امور پیر محمد امین الحسنات شاہ نے واضح کیا کہ قرعہ اندازی کل پاکستانی کوٹہ کے 50 فیصد نشستوں پر کی گئی ہے۔پونے چار لاکھ درخواست گذاروں کی رقوم شریعہ اکاؤنٹس میں رکھی گئیں تھی۔ سعودی عرب میں 10 فیصد مختلف ٹیکسوں اور قیمتوں میں اضافے کی وجہ سے حج پیکیج میں فی حاجی 32 ہزار 6 سو کے اضافی اخراجات ہوں گے جو کہ حکومت برداشت کرے گی۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق حج پالیسی 2018 کے تحت پاکستان کا کُل منظور شدہ کوٹہ 1 لاکھ 79 ہزار 2 سو 10 ہے جس میں سے آج 50 فیصد کوٹہ (89 ہزار 6 سو 5 )کی قرعہ اندازی کی گئی ہے۔ حج پالیسی 2018 میں 80 سال سے زائد درخواست گذار (بمعہ ایک معاون) قرعہ اندازی سے مستثنیٰ قرار دیے گئے ہیں جو کہ 10 ہزار تک ہو گا مگر عدالت کے فیصلے کے بعد عمل درآمد کیا جائے گا۔ نیز وہ درخواست گذار جو گذشتہ تین یا چار سالوں سے مسلسل ناکام ہو ئے ہیں، ان کیلئے بھی 10 ہزار کا کوٹہ مختص ہے۔ ان کو آج کی جنرل قرعہ اندازی میں شامل کیا گیا ہے۔ باقی ماندہ درخواست گذاروں کی عدالت کے فیصلے کی روشنی میں دوبارہ قرعہ اندازی کی جائے گی۔ علاوہ ازیں معزز عدالتوں کے فیصلے کی روشنی میں اگر مزید 10 ہزار نشستیں دستیاب ہوئیں جو کہ حکومت کی منظور شدہ حج پالیسی کے مطابق 67 فیصد میں شامل ہیں تو اس کی قرعہ اندازی میں صرف اُن درخواست گذاروں کو شامل کیا جائے گا جو کہ اپنی رقوم بینکوں سے واپس نہیں نکلوائیں گے۔ وزیر مملکت نے مزید بتایا کہ سعودی عرب نے ایئر لائنوں کو شیڈول دینے کی ڈیڈ لائن 3 مارچ مقرر کی ہے جبکہ ویزہ کے حصول کیلئے عازمینِ حج کی معلومات دینے کی مقررہ حد 15 مئی رکھی گئی ہے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ کامیاب عازمینِ حج کو اپنے پاسپورٹ جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ جلد بتائی جائے گی۔ جو لوگ اپنے پیسے واپس نکلوانا چاہتے ہیں وہ دفتری اوقات میں بینک سے نکلوا سکتے ہیں۔ اس کیلئے وزارت سے اجازت کی ضرورت نہیں ۔ کسی قسم کی مشکل کی صورت میں وزارت کے سیکشن آفیسر ریفنڈ سے فون نمبر 0519208465رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں

When will be Second Hajj balloting?

In the short order, the court stated that the aggrieved parties can raise objection by April 15 and their applications will be decided by April 30 2018.
Today ministry of religious affairs (MORA) has submitted an appeal in Islamabad High Court. In this appeal the MORA has requested honorable court to issue stay order against the hajj quota case announced two week ago. MORA has requested to reinstate the Government hajj quota at 67% as approved in Hajj policy 2018.

When will be the new date announced for Hajj 2018 balloting 2nd round, while High Court took decision 10% Govt. Hajj scheme 2018 & in this regard Supreme Court also approved the High Court. What is the reason that Ministry not draw 2nd round of Hajj 2018 balloting. On the other hand many people are awaiting because their deposits are in banks. give me updates please
Ministry of religious affairs (MORA) has submitted an appeal in Islamabad High Court. In this appeal the MORA has requested honorable court to issue stay order against the hajj quota case announced two week ago. MORA has requested to reinstate the Government hajj quota at 67% as approved in Hajj policy 2018.
Please verify the writ petitions by Honorable Supreme Court because in last year 2017 many Priligrims have faced fruad from Private duplicate operators, then Honorable Supereme Court take decision according to Law about Hajj 2018, My aim is to give all the qouta to Government Hajj scheme 2018 & private operators’ case should be hold for next year 2019. When the second hajj balloting comes out
What is the court order after 15th April, 2018 regarding Hajj Quota Case 2018 & when will be the new date announced Hajj 2018 balloting second round, after balloting process what is the last date by banks to deposit passports and when will be the date when hajj 2018 training will be started.
In the short order, the court stated that the aggrieved parties can raise objection by April 15 (done) and their applications will be decided by April 30 2018.
All related things depend on second balloting.

I have Contacted Hajj Ministry Official today. He informed me that in the 2nd hajj balloting following categories will be included only:
i. Applicants of age over 80yrs
ii. Applicants applying for Hajj more than 03 times.
iii. Applicants who have already received message of “Pending” from Hajj Ministry in the 1st balloting.
All other persons can withdraw their deposit amount from the Banks.

Correction in the previous message: Some official are telling balloting will be on open merit while others are saying the balloting will be specific as explained in the ealier message. 2nd balloting will be on 20-04-2018 insha ALLAH.

The Ministry of religious affairs will hold second phase of hajj balloting in the current week. Only 10% hajj quota balloting will be held. while 50% hajj quota balloting has been already done in the month of March 2018.
Supreme court of Pakistan has rejected the appeal of MORA to increase the Hajj Quota of Govt sponsor schemes upto 67 percent.

While the petition was pending with the top court, the federal cabinet, at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, had agreed to slash the private Haj quota from 40 to 33pc, increasing the government quota to 67pc.
Chief Justice (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar asked the deputy attorney general (DAG), who appeared before the court in hearing, if there were any legal shortcomings in IHC’s ruling. The DAG responded in the negative and told the court that pilgrimage through government schemes was cheaper.
The CJP also expressed anger at the cabinet committee for increasing the government quota from 60 to 67pc despite the high court’s ruling. Upholding IHC’s decision, the SC dismissed the government’s application.
