Introduction of the Board:
Lahore Board was formed in 1954 and was activated in 1955. The headquarters of the Lahore board is present in Lahore. It is located at 86 Mozang Road, Lahore.

It was established in 1954. Around 2 million students are examined every year through this board in matriculation and intermediate exams.

Annual Result of HSSC-2 2018:
The result of HSSC-2 was announced on 10^th of September 2018. The Passing ratio among the student in 2017 was 62.

4 percent and Punjab Group of Colleges was able to win 24 positions out of total of the 30 positions.
SSC-2/Matric annual Result 2018:
The result of the Matric level or SSC-2 was announced on 12^th of September 2018. According to the results, 232,046 students sat the examination out of which 174,363 were successful.
In the science group, 152,704 candidates appeared and 125,050 passed the exam with the pass percentage being 81.89. In humanities group, out of the 79,342 candidates who appeared, 49,313 remained successful with a 62.15 pass percentage.
The announcement ceremony was held at a local hotel and Lahore Commissioner Dr Mujtaba Piracha was the chief guest. Lahore BISE Chairman Prof Chaudhry Muhammad Ismail and examination Controller Prof Nasir Jamil were also present.
The result was 75% passed as a whole.

SSC-I/9^th Class Result 2018
The result of the SSC-I or 9^th class as announced on 20^th August 2018. Lahore board is keeping his pace high and is making progress by leap and bounds.
