Zawar Waraich, Tahir Malezai Joined PTI in Lodhran
Yesterday an big jalsa e aam held in Chak No.343/WB. Former ticket holder of Pakistan Muslim League (N) was chief organizer. He and other PMLN’s former local leader announced to quit party and joined Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf.
MNA from NA 154 Jahageer Khan Tareen and Ishaq Khakwani were chief guests. They address the PTI’s workers. Almost 10000 invitations were distributed among the peoples of Lodhran district. Addressing the Jalsa the both leaders Zawar Husain Waraich and Tahir Khan Malezai made announcement of joining PTI.

Mr. Zawar Hussain Waraich was ticket holder of PMLN in general election 2013. He contested on Punjab Assembly seat of PP-207. He got 29531 votes. While the independent candidate Amir Iqbal Shah won with getting 30244 votes. PTI’s candidate Malik Muhammad Asif Awan got only 16563 votes. While PPPP’s candidate Main Muhammad Shafiq received 12308 votes.
In the by election of NA 154, which was held on December 23, 2015. Mr. Zawar fully supported PTI’s Jahangir Khan Tareen. No was seeing no chance for getting MPA ticket from PMLN in next general election 2018.
