Two hundred and ninty-seven memebers of Punjab Assembly has been elected from the general elections held on 8th February. While reserved seats for women are additional.

According to the notification, the meeting of the Punjab Assembly has been called tomorrow at 10 am. Newly elected members of Punjab Assembly will take oath in tomorrow’s session. Speaker Punjab Assembly Sabtain Khan will administer oath to the newly elected members.

پنجاب اسمبلی کا اجلاس طلب کرنے کے لیے سمری گورنر پنجاب کو بھجوا دی گئی۔ پنجاب اسمبلی کا اجلاس کل صبح 10 بجے ہوگا۔ اجلاس میں نومنتخب ارکان اسمبلی حلف اٹھائیں گے۔ اسپیکر پنجاب اسمبلی ارکان سے حلف لیں گے۔
نومنتخب ارکان کی حلف برداری کے بعد اسپیکر نئے اسپیکر اور ڈپٹی اسپیکر کے انتخابات کا شیڈول دیں گے۔ کاغذات فائنل ہونے کے بعد ایک دن کے وقفے سے انتخاب ہوگا۔ اسپیکر اور ڈپٹی اسپیکر کے منتخب ہونے کے بعد نو منتخب اسپیکر وزیراعلیٰ کے انتخاب کا شیڈول جاری کریں گے۔
