Multan Sultans won seven out of ten and lost three, they were on top with 14 points, the second position was taken by Peshawar Zalmi who won six out of ten matches, lost three while their one match was inconclusive, Zalmi got 13 points.
Islamabad United secured the third position with eleven points, they won five out of ten matches, lost four, one could not be decisive. Quetta Gladiators won the fourth position, their points remained eleven, but due to low net run rate, they remained below Islamabad United. Quetta Gladiators also won five out of ten matches, lost four and lost one match. The result could not be reached for one match.
