مودبانہ گزارش ہے کہ میں محکمہ آئیسکو( واپڈا)اسلام آباد میں اگست 2014 میں بطور میٹر ریڈر Daily Wages بھرتی ہوا تھا تقریباً دو سال ایک ماہ میں نے ملازمت کی ہے۔
جناب عالی! 2016ء میں واپڈا سب ڈویژن بہارہ کہو اسلام آباد کے تقریباً 26 ملازمین کو بمعہ میٹر ریڈرز کے نوکری سے Terminate کر دیا تھا جن میں میں بھی شامل تھا۔
جناب عالی! کچھ عرصہ قبل وزیر مملکت واپڈا نے بہارہ کہو واپڈا سب ڈویژن میں ایک جلسے سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے سب ملازمین کو فوری نوکری پر بحال کرنے کا اعلان کیا تھا۔ جس کی بنیاد پر تمام ملازمین کو اسی تاریخ سے بحال کر دیا گیا ہے جس سے نکالے گئے تھے۔ لیکن ہم دونوں میٹر ریڈرDaily Wages کو ابھی تک ملازمت پر بحال نہیں کیا گیا۔ جبکہ ایک ALM جو میٹر ریڈر کی ڈیوٹی Daily Wages دے رہا تھا کو بحال کردیا گیا ہے ۔ میں نے بھی متعلقہ دفتر میں کئی دفعہ اپیل کی ہے کہ مجھے بھی دوسرے ملازمین کی طرح بحال کیا جائے لیکن ابھی تک بحال نہیں کیا گیا ۔
اب میں جناب کی خدمت میں پرزور اپیل کرتا ہوں کہ میں غریب اور بے روزگار نوجوان ہوں ۔ خداترسی اور انسانی ہمدردی کے ناطے مجھے ملازمت پراسی تاریخ سے بحال کیا جائے جس تاریخ سے نوکری سے نکالا گیا ہے ۔ امید ہے کہ آپ جناب مہربانی فرمائیں گے۔

The complaints are not being fully solved on portal. The pending complaints are made resolved although the deprtments knows that its is not solve. Kindly instruct the concerned otherwise this site will be fails soon.

The Domicile holders of Balochistan are feeling insecure due to the policies adopted during last government.
A partial committee may be constituted for actual domicile holders and fake,
so those who are still living in province they feel safe in term of their job security, education self security may be assured. They are citizens of this country and their elders devoted / served for this province they have their graves on this soil.
The very touchy and serious burning issue of illegal afghan influence in province.
Nobody knows for whom the Afghans are working for.
They are in complete hold of local international and national business.
They are in courts, they are in Provincial assembly.
They are inducting in Both Government and private Jobs.
They are grabbing unlawfully Lands, Homes of poor citizens of Pakistan involved in target killing for property and for ransom, Human trafficking abduction theft, car lifting smuggling drug trafficking in Pakistan and beyond Pakistan etc
Same is the serious case of HAZZARA Tribe who migrated in Province and also spreaded in other cities of sindh and Punjab. Now they control two corners of city taking maximum benefits from Govt by showing them victims and getting jobs in Govt and private entrepreneur, involved in illegal activities openly announcing that I am Afghan and my NIC is blocked but still I am representative of HAZZARA people.
Take a serious tuff action against the agencies, and root cause of this problem NADRA black sheep’s which paved way for Passport Bank accounts for all illegal work in country. They are fake NIC, Pass ports Bank accounts jobs in both Govt and private organizations.

I understand that the political situation in our country has never been favorable and I realize that any improvement what so ever will take time, but I would like to reiterate that even though the new government is working very hard the results that should be displayed are not noticeable till yet.
The only way to make a nation like our understand is through sheer blunt force, unfortunately its the only way we can comprehend due to the low literacy rate and lack of common knowledge which has been instilled through long term planning of the few who want to rule over this country forever.
I have a few key suggestions that I would suggest be implemented without thought for favorable progress and ultimate results that the nation has been longing for decades.
1. Stop your ministers from making unnecessary statements. All official statements should be made through a spokesperson after collaboration and fact finding, even if takes time.
2. The statement from each spokesperson should not contradict each others, the only way this can happen if the released statement is released from a centralized source.
3. Stop all government employed ministers from attending talk shows, this is the government and interviews should only be given when there is something positive to report. This monkey business that we see each day on talk shows are an effort from the so-called journalist’s to keep their ratings afloat and is making a mockery of the current governments efforts and providing fuel to the opposition.
4. Any law and order matter e.g. the latest Sahiwal incident should not be made into a political event, but should be dealt with on merit. The perpetrators should be brought to justice especially if they belong to the justice system as this is an opportunity in disguise for the current government to prove that they mean business and they are the savior’s of the common man. An example should be made of these corrupt elements, if it means civil war, then be it.
5. We understand that the current situation is tough for the prime minister but unless w see more of him in the parliament, his efforts will not be recognized. Unfortunately in the third world till to date, we can only sell what we can show. I suggest that the PM should attend the assembly session so the people of Pakistan can witness his efforts and sincerity.
6. Whenever the governments provides relief, it should ensure that the relief is trickled down to the end user and not just a media debate topic e.g. reduction in petrol prices: A governing body should be formed to ensure that the reduction in petrol prices have actually decreased the prices in the market of the related commodities so the people can realize the governments efforts.
7. Stop entertaining the opposition by counter comments, instead promote what you achieve on a daily basis. NOTE: you need to provide a single action with proof, statements is what this nation is used to, CHANGE THE RHETORIC.
8. Stop micro managing the country at this stage and macro manage it by showing a direction, ONE FRONT AT A TIME. No one expects an overnight change, but one front at a time can be delivered easily and will also provide better results. No one can control the corruption that has been carefully setup in the past 70 years through planning, but we can plan the extinction one step at a time, one industry at a time, one department at a time, one person at a time.
9. Stop providing in advance the governments plan to the opposition, KEEP THEM IN THE DARK. The current government should understand the importance of “THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE”.
I have waited a long time to see this country change for the better, to become what we were destined to become a few decades ago, A GREAT NATION

Subject: Request for Resolving the Degree Recognition with PEC and Title Issue for BS Industrial Engineering program fall 2011 at University Management & Technology Lahore
Respected Sir,
1. University of Management & Technology advertised the admissions for fall 2011 and one the programs was BS Industrial Engineering (BS-IE). The admission advertisement was announced in various newspapers and the advertisement of express newspaper with last date of admission 16 July 2011 is attached herewith as an annex-1a. In admission advertisement, it is clearly mentioned the program title “BS Industrial Engineering”. Furthermore, it is also mentioned that UMT is Govt. Charter University (annex-1b), it means all programs of the UMT are recognized by all Govt. department like HEC and PEC. In this connection, at that time (fall 2011), it was also mentioned on the university website that university’s engineering programs are recognized by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), for detail please see the annex-2.
2. All the parents and students were attracted and trapped for fall 2011 admission in BS-IE by the University in terms of degree title “BS Industrial Engineering” and recognition by Pakistan Engineering Council. After the attractive advertisement in terms of degree title and PEC recognition program of BS Industrial Engineering, students apply for admission in fall 2011. After passing the university entry test examination, 70 students got the admission in BS-IE. The first semester of BS-IE starts from (fall) 2011 and end in (spring) 2015. During the all 08 semesters of the program, University provided the result cards of every semester to the parents and it was clearly mentioned the program title “BS-IE” on each result card, for detail, please see the annex-3.
3. However, the complete mark sheet and degree provided to student was with un-defined degree title “Bachelor of Science” and university did not mention the Bachelor of Science in which subject they have offered the degree. They made the blunder by writing the degree title “Bachelor of Science with Major in Industrial Engineering”. The degree title written by the UMT does not describe any specific science subject such as BS Physics etc. and nor engineering subject like BS Industrial Engineering. The students cannot get the any Govt. Job with degree title Bachelor of Science as it is undefined degree title. As per advertisement and result cards provided by UMT, the degree title should be BS Industrial Engineering. Furthermore, as all engineering programs are accrediting by Pakistan Engineering Council and it was the duty of both UMT and PEC to accredit the program but unfortunately they did not fulfill their responsibility to accredit the BS Industrial Engineering program of fall 2011. HEC has accredit the program and we are thanks to HEC but HEC may be is un-aware about the UMT fraud that UMT has offered the 16 years education degree with un-defined title.
4. In fall 2012, UMT advertised the same program and admitted 40 students in BS Industrial Engineering (annex-4). This program is accrediting with PEC and HEC and UMT he has offered the degree to the students with same title as mentioned in the newspapers advertisement (annex-5). The difference in fall 2011 and 2012 session is credit hours from 136 to 140 respectively. In this connection, students of fall session 2012 studied the 04 credit hours extra in terms of course “Fundamental of Thermal sciences”.
5. Prayer and compassionate request for solution.
Respected PM Sb, if there was any deficiency in BS Industrial Engineering program fall 2011, in terms of Course or Lab, we all are willing to study it again. Such practice is already prevailing at different universities under kind instruction by PEC. After fulfilling the deficiency, PEC will be bound to offer degree recognition (as per advertised degree title) to the all students having 60% or above marks in F.Sc or equivalent.

اس کے بعد حافظ محمد جاوید نے کمپنی کی طرف سے مجھ سے رابطہ کیا اور میرا بنک اکاؤنٹ ، شناختی کارڈ نمبر ، اور پوسٹل اڈریس حاصل کیا
اور کہا کہ میں کمپنی کا وکیل ہوں آپ کا ایگریمنٹ تیار کرنا ہے
میں ہر روز ان سے رابطہ کرتا ہوں مگر ان کے فون یوزر بزی پر ہیں ، میرا آخری رابطہ 16 جنوری 2018 کو ہوا ہے

COMPLAINT AGAINST FIR NO 570/17 DATED 14-12-17 (SHO SHADMAN POLICE STATION SHADMAN LAHORE & FIR 06 DATED 02-01-2018 GULGAST POLICE STATION MULTAN.
Sir, the applicant state as following.
The applicant hold a electronic shop in G-9 Markaz (Karachi Company) Islamabad deal in electronic items etc with Dawlance Rawalpindi Brach since 2006.
That applicant is doing his honestly and millions rupees of business on record which applicant paid to the concerning company for purchasing electronic items off and on.
That according to customer of company the applicant submitted advance cheques of difference amount to company the reason that whenever the goods are delivered that the said may can present in the bank for payment of invoices.
That it is what to mention that all the business was carried out at Islamabad from Rawalpindi sales office hundred of million are paid to Rawalpindi Dawlance sales Branch and same delivered the electronic items are my demand order.
That not a single transaction or deal was done any other office like Lahore or Multan. But astonishingly sales officer Muhammad Arshad khan presented the cheuqe given by the applicant which was the record of Rawlapindi Sales office and same was liable to take any action against the applicant but with malafidy intention the said sales officer present the cheuqe at Lahore and moved an application to Shadman Police station Shadman Lahore in result FIT No 570/17 Dated 14-12-17 was launched against the application.
That in connection of above said FIR No 06 DATED 02-01-2018 GULGAST POLICE STATION MULTAN by the Mr Sajjad Bashir Bloch who hold a law office Dawlance sales office Multan moved same application on same ground to Police station Gulgist Multan whereas applicant carried on any business with the Multan Dawlance sales office .
That both FIRs are lunched with baseless and mollified intention only to harse the applicant with out any reason.
That applicant was arrested by the Multan police from the Lahore when the applicant was present in the Lahore in the court of Mr Muhammad Yasir Nadeem Razaq Add Section Judge to confirm the Pre arrest for the FIR which was launched by Lahore police station.
The Multan police arrest illegally and took the applicant to Multan police station Gulgasit Multan and confirm the applicant in the police station with out any legal proceding after four (04) days the applicant taken by the police to concerning magistrate who send the applicant to Judicial custody.
The applicant avail after arrest bail from the Multan.
That the both learned additional section judges Lahore and Multan,s finding is same that, because no any transaction was carried on Lahore or Multan therefore applicant is allowed after arrest / before arrest.
In above circumstance’s it is requested that an investigation may taken to make transparent the case and take legal action against galti person or department

With due respect it is stated that Meter No GN25587986 is installed in the name of Abdul Jalil Allahabad Westridge 3 RWP. Similarly other due dates of surrounding area are being given 28 to 30 each month since one year.Sui Northern Gas of this area office situated at Peshawar Road opposite to Maryam Hospital Valley Road RWP Cantt was informed to please due date of bills of this areas may be given between 1 to 5 of each month instead of last week of the month but they replied.that this is under the jurisdiction of OGRA.
It is added that due date is not extended by the above mentioned office on the reason that subject provision is not available.
Keeping in view of above mention facts please reconsidered the matter for the facilitation of serving and pensioners.
It is also requested to direct the area office to provide extensions in due dates till decision of the case.

This is to state that, I am an overseas Pakistani and living in UAE from Past 10 Years, I have a house in Karachi Gulshan-e-Maymar, I have purchased a newly made house in Jul-2020 but till now Sui Gas meter is not yet installed.
Please note that Sui Gas and electricity city is the basic need after more than a 1 year we didn’t get the Sui Gas meter, so many time departments make false promises and so many time that told us we don’t have vehicle or meter, etc. to install the Sui Gas meter in my house.
Sir, we are not living in old edge, it seems like the gas meter is a new invention and we requesting the meter, this total incompetency of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), they intentionally don’t want to survey the consumer I don’t know what is stopping them to do their duties, I hope same as me lots peoples are suffering because of them.
I would like to request you please take an action against the company like this, because they intentionally spoiling the name of the current Imran Khan Government.

And it’s too hard to travel because the rents of vans are soo high but I and my younger siblings wants to get higher education to fulfill our parents dreams if you’re complaining that you’re the leader of Islamic country so it’s time to think about people like us who needs the help of nation’s leaders but unfortunately our leaders are busy in fighting with each other. That thing made me too much sad I am a hard working student but I think there’s is no future here because no one thinks about country’s prosperity everyone is thinking about themselves. If you’re claiming that you’re our true leader than prove it practically by helping people without giving attention towards fame.
aoa, sir my complain is about to flour.. that the govt started a program for poor peoples. i receive only one bag of flour .when i go to the flour point for others bags . they said that flour is delivered on this CNIC card but i have no receive any more bage.

I am an overseas Pakistani residing in the UAE for the past 10 years. I own a house in Karachi Gulshan-e-Maymar, and I purchased a newly constructed house in July 2020. However, as of now, the Sui Gas meter has not been installed.
It is crucial to highlight that access to Sui Gas and electricity is a basic necessity. Despite more than a year passing since the purchase, we have not received the Sui Gas meter. On numerous occasions, we have been given false promises by the concerned departments, citing reasons such as a lack of vehicles or meters for installation.
Sir, we are not living in an era where the installation of a gas meter should be a challenging task. This situation reflects the total incompetence of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC). It appears that they are intentionally avoiding the necessary surveys for consumers. I am uncertain about the reasons hindering them from fulfilling their duties, and I believe many people, like myself, are suffering due to their inefficiency.
I kindly request you to take appropriate action against such companies, as their actions are tarnishing the reputation of the current Imran Khan Government. My Sui Gas meter request number is 1211847412. I am hopeful for your support and guidance in addressing this matter.
