Population Census 2017 -District Wise Phases مردم شماری 2017

Pakistan Bureau of Statistics has issued schedule of Pakistan population census 2017. This will be 6^th population and housing census in the history of Pakistan. The whole process in divided into two phases.

In phase 1 62 districts will be covered while the remaining 85 districts will included in second phase. There are total 147 districts in Pakistan.

They belong to Sindh province, Balochistan Province, Khyber Pakhton Kha (K.

P.K.) Province, Punjab province, Azad Jamu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.

Districts Included in Phase 1 of Census 2017 مردم شماری

(Schedule from 15 March 2017 to 15 April 2017)

In 1^st Phase of census 15 districts of Punjab, 8 Districts of Sindh, 14 Districts of KPK and Fata, 15 Districts of Balochistan, 5 Districts of AJK and 5 Districts of Gilgit Baltistan are included. The detail distribution of Districts in 1^st phase is as under

In 2^nd Phase of Census 85 districts will be covered in (Mardum Shumari). 19 Districts of Punjab, 21 Districts of Sindh, 18 Districts of KPK and FATA, 17 Districts of Balochistan, 5 districts AJK and 5 Districts of GB are included. The detail is as under
