Nawaz Sharif Inaugurated Work on New Islamabad Airport Metrobus Project
Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif inaugurates metro bus to link new Islamabad airport to Islamabad city. It will be connected with Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metrobus route at Peshawar more metro bus station.

Pashawar More to New Islamabad Airport Metro Bus Link Foundation Stone Laid Today
Today PM of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif performed ground breaking on the latest development project of the twin cities Islamabad-Rawalpindi.
The new Metrobus route will be 25.6 kilometers long. It will start from Peshawar More near H-8 and H-9 Sector. It will be terminated at new Islamabad Airport near Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway and Lahore-Islamabad/Rawalpindi Motorway. This work will be executed by the National Highways Authority (NHA).
There will nine (9) Metrobus Stations, 12 Bridges and 11 underpasses in the route.

- Flyovers (Bridges) = 12
- Underpasses = 11
Prime also visited the under constructed new Islamabad International Airport. Its capacity is to facilitate almost 45000 passengers daily. Ninety five (95%) percent work of the new Islamabad airport has been completed. It is expected that the both metrobus project and new Islamabad project will be completed at the same time.

Construction of metro bus service to link Peshawar More and New Islamabad International Airport has been initiated on PM Nawaz Sharif’s directives. This mega public transport project will also facilitate the residents of the Top City-1 housing project. While peoples traveling from Peshawar and Lahore will also used to reached to Islamabad and Rawalpindi city. It will be best transport system for the people living in Sector H-9, H-10, H-11, H-12, H-13, H-14, H-15, H-16, H-9, G-10, H-11, G-12, G-13, G-14, G-15 and G-16 sectors.. It will add a beautiful facility to the peoples of Capital city.
