From NA-266 in general election of 2002, Haji Meer Zafarullah Khan Jamali the candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid) (PMLQ) was succeeded by getting 62100 votes. Munawar Ali Khosa the candidate of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) gets second position by getting 41900 votes. In 2008, the candidate of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Taaj Muhammad Jamali was succeeded by getting 76500 votes.
Meer Zahoor Hussain Khan Khoso an Independent candidate (IND) gets second position by getting 51600 votes. In 2013, an Independent candidate (IND), Zafar Ullah Khan Jamali was succeeded by getting 41600 votes.
Meer Saleem Ahmed Khosa an Independent candidate (IND) gets second position by getting 35700 votes.
