In Karachi South district an important by election is being held. The national assembly halqa is NA-147. This seat was vacated by the PTI’s Dr. Arif Alvi after becoming President of Pakistan. Main Contest is between Pakistan Tehreek e Insad and Pakistan Peoples Party.
While PPPP’s candidate is enjoying support of PMLN and MMA also. Pak Sirzamin arty is also in the run.
