MORA will Contact Supreme Court to Combine Hajj Quota Cases in Islamabad High Court – Hajj Balloting 2018 Expected Soon

Ministry of religious affairs (MORA) will Contact Supreme Court to Combine Hajj Quota Cases in Islamabad High Court. Now Hajj Balloting 2018 is Expected t held soon. MORA is facing two diffrent court cases in Sindh high court (SHC) Sukkur bench) and Lahore high court (LHC) Lahore.

Lahore high court in his ordered dated 25th Jnuary bar the MORA to hold balloting of only 50% hajj quota.

While in Sindh high Court Sukkur bench gave stay order against balloting / draw of hajj applications 1439 AH schedule on 26th January 2018.
