As a Result of the General Elections 2018, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) once again managed to win all two of the National Assembly seats. Paksitan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) won seats from NA-246 Karachi South and NA-247 Karachi South.

None of the other parties including Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) took any seats from Karachi South.

In the General Elections 2018, Mutahida Majlis e Amal (MMA) won one Provincial Assembly seat from PS-107 Karachi South. Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) won 3 provincial Assembly seats from Karachi South and dominated all other Political Partied In Provincial Assembly form Karachi South. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) also won one seat from PS-111 Karachi South.
