JIT Summons Maryam Nawaz Sharif Safdar on 5th July 2017 in Islamabad

JIT Summon to Mrs Maryam Nawaz Sharif Safdar for 5-7-2017 in Panama Case at Federal Judicial Academy Islamabad

The joint investigation team (JIT) was constituted by Supreme of Pakistan in Panama case.  Now a days it is probing the charges against the Sharif family. Last couple days it has summoned following members of Nawaz Sharif family:-

• Muhammad Nawaz Sharif (PM Pakistan)
• Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif (Chief Minister of Punjab)
• Hussain Nawaz Sharif (older son of Nawaz Sharif)
• Hassan Nawaz Sahrif (Younger son of Mian Nawaz Sharif)
• Captain (R) Muhammad Safdar (Husband of Maryam Nawaz Sharif)
• Mr. Ejaz Shafi (Cousin of Mian Nawaz Sharif)

Now JIT has ordered the daughter of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Maryam to appear before the JIT on 25th July 2017 (Wednesday).

To:  Mrs. Maryam Nawaz Safdar
Subject: SUMMON BY THE JIT TO THE PERSON(S) ACQUAINTED WITH THE FACTS OF THE CASE

In pursuance of the Order of the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 20/04/2017 and 05/05/17 in CMA No. 2939 of 2017 in constitution petitions No. 29 of 2016 etc.. you are called upon to appear before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), Panama Case, on Wednesday, the 5th July, 2017 at 1100 hours, at the office of the JIT, Federal Judicial Academy, Service Road South, Sector H-8/4, Islamabad. Please bring along all relevant record/documents/material pertaining to the aforementioned Constitution Petitions.
2. You are advised that failure to comply with this summon may entail penal consequences as per relevant laws.
