Today was very exciting day for the 17800 applicants of Govt hajj Scheme applicants, They were waiting for that day since last one and half month. MORA included them in waiting list on April 28 balloting. Private tour Operators association was in the court of law. Yesterday Supreme Court announced his judgement in this regard..

While in Sindh High Court, it expected that the decision will be in favour of these Govt hajj Scheme applicants.

Today the official Facebook page of ministry of religious affairs and Interfaith Harmony announced big news for the waiting list’s hajj applicants. It was termed the successful and told the the SMS and letters will be dispatch to all successful applicants very soon.

News Reports of Business Recorder and Samaa News TV

Today Samaa news TV channel broadcast an news report. It described the success of waiting list applicants and its official announcement in this regard. While the famous English Daily, The Business Recorder also published news report in this regard.

Ministry of Religious Affairs on Friday declared 17563 more persons successful in its ballot for Hajj under the government scheme. A spokesman of the ministry announced that after a ballot on April 28, these persons were kept on a waiting list due to a court case being heard in the Supreme Court.
With the latest SC decision, 60 percent persons will perform Hajj under the government scheme while Hajj Group Organizers (HGOs) will get a 40 percent quota.

The names of the applicants were cleared after Supreme Court gave its verdict in a case filed by Hajj Group Organizers (HGOs) over allocation of Hajj quota.
The ministry had informed the successful persons by sending SMS and later will also inform them through letters, which will carry details about submission of passports and other travelling documents. This year, 107526 pilgrims will go to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj under the government scheme

According to the Ministry of Interfaith Harmony and Religious Affairs, the decision has been taken in light of Supreme Court’s directions. Hajj applicants on waiting list were 17,563 and will formally be intimated today by written mail and SMS. Those applicants were on the waiting list since the Hajj balloting on 28 April this year.

    اسلام آباد ( نیوز ر پورٹر) وزارت مذہبی امور نے  سرکاری حج سکیم کے تحت ویٹنگ لسٹ والے عازمین حج کو  کامیاب قرار  د ید یا گیاہے۔ کامیابی کا فیصلہ سپریم کورٹ کے حکم پر کیا گیا۔ویٹنگ لسٹ پر موجود 17563 عازمین کو اطلاع دے دی گئی ہے۔اطلاع بذریعہ خطوط اور ایس ایم ایس دی گئی ہے۔ویٹنگ لسٹ والے عازمین 28 اپریل کی حج قرعہ اندازی سے التواء میں تھے۔ وزارت نے حج کوٹہ سر کاری سکیم کیلئے 60فیصد اور پر ائیو یٹ سکیم کے لئے40فیصد کر د یا ہے۔دس فی صد کی قرعہ اندازی کے با وجود  معاملہ عدالت میں ہونے کی وجہ سے عازمین کی کا میابی عدالتی فیصلہ سے مشروط کی گئی تھی۔

    اسلام آباد ۔ (اُردو پوائنٹ اخبارتازہ ترین۔ 09 جون2017ء) وزارت مذہبی امور نے سرکاری سکیم کے تحت حج قرعہ اندازی میں کامیاب قرار پانے والے ویٹنگ لسٹ میں موجود 10 فیصد درخواست گذاروں کو کامیابی کے خطوط ارسال کر دیئے ہیں۔ وزارت مذہبی امور نے یہ فیصلہ سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کی روشنی میں کیا ہے جس کے تحت سرکاری اور پرائیویٹ سکیم میں 60 اور 40 فیصد کے حساب سے کوٹہ کی تقسیم کی گئی ہے۔

    حج قرعہ اندازی کے موقع پر سرکاری سکیم کے تحت 60 فیصد درخواست گذاروں کا انتخاب کرلیا گیا تھا تاہم پرائیویٹ ٹور آپریٹرز کی جانب سے پرائیویٹ اور سرکاری سکیم کے درمیان 40 اور 60 فیصد کے تناسب کو عدالت میں چیلنج کرنے کی وجہ سے 10 فیصد درخواست گذاروں کو ویٹنگ لسٹ میں رکھا گیا تھا۔ سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ آنے کے بعد 10 فیصد کے حساب سے 17 ہزار 563 درخواست گذاروں کو وزارت مذہبی امور کی جانب سے مبارکباد کے خطوط ارسال کرنے شروع کر دیئے گئے ہیں اور انہیں بذریعہ ایس ایم ایس بھی اطلاع کی جائے گی۔ واضح رہے کہ یہ افراد 28 اپریل کو ہونے والی سرکاری سکیم کے تحت قرعہ اندازی میں کامیاب قرار پانے کے بعد التواء میں تھے۔

    • hopefully, sms will be issued tomorrow.
      I called two time (on Friday and Saturday) to Islamabad phone number given by Punjab helpline (111725425) Islamabad number is not remembered at the moment. Both calls were replied with confirmed wording that waiting list candidates are declared successful. Sms or letter not received to any of waiting list candidates. Hopefully we will receive on Monday. Website of Hajjinfo will also be updated then.

    سب بھائیوں سے گذارش ہے کہ ایس ایم ایس تک کا انتظار کریں باقی ہمارے ملک میں بھی فارغ اور جھوٹے لوگوں کی کمی نہیں ہے.
    میں خود بھی ویٹنگ لسٹ میں ہوں مگر سمجھ میں نہیں آتا کہ اس فورم پر بھی لوگ جھوٹ اور تفریح کرنے سے باز نہیں آتے
    اگر ہمارے حق میں فیصلہ آنا ہوگا تو وہ آکے رہے گا
    سب سے گذارش ہے کہ وہ دعائیں جاری رکھیں

  63. I’ve been told by two people that most of waiting list candidates have received messages and letters. Banks are accepting passports of waiting list candidates.

    How true is that?

    Can you guys please check with your respective banks or haji camp as it was mentioned time is limited for submission of passports.

  66. A person I know has submitted application in National Bank and their bank has already called him for submission of passport. I don’t know whats going on and why are banks and ministries not on the same page.

    My application is from ABL and I have not received any call yet.

  68. I have checked with my bank i.e. NBP. They are also not receiving any passport and asked me to wait till the bank receive any official notification from Ministry. I am in contact with my bank on daily basis.

    Just checked with the bank, there is no official e-mail from ministry, last e-mail from ministry was on 31 May about hearing at SHC

    Bank will call group leader for submission of passports as soon as the news materializes in the form of e-mail from ministry. He said you want to submit the passport, you can do it but it will go nowhere.

    As far as banks taking passports, it’s their act, however, there is no intimation from ministry to this affect, the bank official told.

    دراصل ، میں خود بھی ویٹنگ لسٹ میں ہوں۔
    میں نے کل وزارت حج کال کی تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ
    ابھی تک سندھ ہائی کورٹ سے فیصلہ آیا ہی نہیں ہے۔ وہ والا فیصلہ ابھی تک محفوظ پڑا ہے۔ اس کو اناونس نہیں کیا گیا ہے۔
    میں نے کہا کہ میڈیا ۔ اخبارات اور وزارت حج کے فیس بک والے پیج پر تو بہت زور و شور سے یہ خبر عام ہے ، تو انہوں نے کہا وہ ہمارا آفیشل بیج نہیں ۔
    اگر ہائی کورٹ کوئی فیصلہ دیتی ہے تو اس فیصلے کی بنیاد پر ہم کوئی قدم اٹھائیں گے۔ ہم میڈیا کی خبروں پر کوئی قدم نہیں اٹھاسکتے۔

    ابھی میری تمام بھائیوں سے اپیل ہے کہ اس سلسلے میں آواز اٹھانا شروع کریں تاکہ اس سال ہم سب حج مبرور کی سعادت حاصل کر سکیں۔

    We have been asked by HBL to submit our passport along with two photograph yesterday.
    Now me and my father has submitted the password to HBL. The news is authentic but yes there is communication gap between ministry and courts.

    Lets pray, inshahallh all waiting list candidates will definitely perform Hajj this year.

  85. I talked to Mora Islamabad office today morning. They said they are waiting for written judgement of Supreme court. Their lawyers are daily visiting there for written copy of Judgement. Once they will recieve written copy they will start sending sms and letters.

As shown by the SC that on waiting list hajis will inshallah persorm Hajj. But no letter/SMS have been circulated or sent to the waiting list hajis.
