Hajj Applications can be Invited in End of February 2023
In Pakistan, it is expected that Hajj applications for the Hajj Season 2023 AD / 1444 AH will be invited at the end of the month of February 2023.
The news report published in the daily Express on 10th January (Tuesday) revealed that the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs is planning to require Hajj Applications from Expected Pilgrims soon.
Saudi Arabia Restored Pakistan Hajj Quota
Govt. Saudi Arabia has restored the hajj quota for Muslims living all over the world. The number of Hajj Pilgrims was reduced due to the International Corona-Virus Issue in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Now One Lac Seventy-Nine Thousands ad Four hundred (2,79,400) Pakistani citizens will perform Hajj Baitullah.
The final approval of Hajj Policy 2023/1444 will be approved by Federal Cabinet.
While Federal Minister for Religious Affairs will announce the Hajj Policy 2023 in the presence of print and electronic media.
Passport Expiry Date for Hajj
It is learned that the Pakistani machine-readable Passport will be required with a minimum expiry date of 26th December 2023.
Bank Account Mandatory for Hajj Applicant
This year it will mandatory for every hajj applicant t have a bank account in his own name.
