NOTIFICATION OF RETURNED CANDIDATES RELATING TO LOCAL  GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS TO THE SEATS OF CHAIRMEN AND  VICE CHAIRMEN IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS OF THE PUNJAB PROVINCE.  No.F.4(20)/2016-LGE(P).— In pursuance of the provisions of Article 140A of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, provisions of Section 37 of the Punjab Local Government Act, 2013 read with Rule 53 of the Punjab Local Governments (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2013 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to notify hereunder, for information of general public, names of the returned candidates against the seats of Chairmen and Vice Chairmen in the Local Government Institutions of District Nankana Sahib of the Punjab Province arising from Local Government Elections to the said categories held on December 22, 2016.

Note – election of district council chairman and vie chairman was postponed on court orders.
