Chelsea and Arsenal are bidding to return to winning ways as they face off in a Premier League London derby at Stamford Bridge this evening.
The Blues were dramatically beaten by a stoppage-time strike from Isaac Hayden at Newcastle on Saturday while the Gunners also conceded late in their home draw against Sheffield United.
Chelsea still have a five-point cushion on fifth-placed Manchester United as Frank Lampard bids to retain the club’s place at Europe’s top table.
But Arsenal are 10 points off the top four and Mikel Arteta needs wins and quick if they are to force themselves back into the race.
