BUNER District National Assembly Results Election 2002, 2008, 2013 (NA-28)

According to election 2013, The Jamaat e Islami Pakistan is most popular political party of the the District Buner. While PTI, JUI-F and ANP are behind JI in terms of popularity. They are at positions 2nd, 3d and 4th respectively.

Analysis:

In general Election of 2002, Sher Akbar Khan Adv. the candidate of Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) was succeeded by getting 34200 votes. He defeated the candidate of Awami National Party (ANP) Abdul Mateen Khan by a margin of 14600 votes. In 2008,  Abdul Mateeen Khan the candidate of Awami National Party (ANP) was succeeded by getting total 21800 votes. He defeated candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Baristar Gohar Ali Khan by 3400 votes. In 2013, Sher Akbar Khan the candidate of Jamat-e-Islami was succeeded by getting 29100 votes. He defeated Mian Mueen U Din the candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) by 5800 votes.
