The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE Sahiwal) was established on June 15, 2012 by Higher Education Department (HED) of the Punjab.
Before its establishment Sahiwal and Vehari were facilitating by the BISE Multan. Okara District was facilitating by BISE Lahore.

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sahiwal conducts Matriculation and Intermediate exams every year within its Jurisdiction. It also announced the SSC Part I, SSC part II and HSSC Part I, HSSC Part II Exams results.
Board of intermediate and secondary education (BISE) Sahiwal is announcing the annual result of 9th Class tomorrow on 20th August 2018 (Monday). All arrangement in this regard are being finalized.
The complete result gazette will be uploaded on the official website of Sahiwal board.
Sahiwal Board SSC part I Result Online via SMS
Sahiwal board is felicitating the candidates of class IX Exam with mobile SMS service. Now students can access their result detail through sms service.

BISE Sahiwal announced its annual exam result of SSC-II on 21st July 2018. Now almost one month later the result of ninth class is being published.
