Hajj Quota Case Now Reserved for Orders in Sindh High Court Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar
ON June first the hearing took place in hajj quota case in Sindh High Court. The honorable justice Muhammad Ali mazar resereved the judgement. The hearing completed on that day of Thursday. The next day the court of Judge was closed due to the death of ex. Attorney General of Pakistan Mr. Syed Shareef Uddin Peerzada. Now it is expected that the justoce will announced detail decision within two days. It is expected that it might be announced on Monday, June 5, 2017.
Good Luck for the 17800 applicants of govt hajj scheme, who are currently in waiting list.

This case will decide the fate of 17800 hajj applicants whi applied in Govt. Hajj Scheme this year. They waiting hard since many days. MORA held the balloting of hajj scheme applicants on April 28, 2017. Ministry put the 17800 hajj applications in waiting list. They are bounded to the decision / orders of the Sindh High Court.
According to latest reports the honorable judge has saved / reserved the decision . Now it is expected that the decision will be announce with no date.
The said case will decide the hajj Quota case for the Private hajj tours operators and Govt, hajj Scheme. Presently according to Hajj polivcy the Quota is 60/40 ratio. 60% quota is resereved for Govt hajj scheme, while 40% quota is resereved for the private hajj scheme.

SC has given its decision in regard to new tour operators quota which says total hajj quota is govt. jurisdiction and govt. Has to define proper policy for allocation of tour operators quota to all the tour operators and govt. should not make discrepancy for new and old tour operators…
On the basis of this, I assume shc will make his decision in favor of govt. candidates… In Sha Allah…

“The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday directed the Ministry of Religious Affairs to implement its verdict of 2013 regarding allotment of Haj quota to private tour operators.
A five-member larger bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed, heard the case.
During the course of proceedings, the Secrtary Religious Affairs, who appeared in compliance with the court order, apprised the bench that currently due to shortage of time it would be impossible to allot quota to 2033 tour operators and sought time till 2018 for the purpose.
Justice Shiekh Azmat Saeed observed that four years had lapsed as the the apex court had issued the verdict in 2013. Whether the ministry wanted 14 years for the verdict’s implementation, he remarked. He also remarked that their hair had turned grey while hearing the Haj Quota case.
Meanwhile, counsel for the tour operating companies pleaded that the ministry in violation of the court orders, had ignored the new tour operators while allotting Hajj quota.
He alleged that some ministry officials, who were owners of private companies, got Haj quota.
After hearing the arguments of the litigants, the court announced the verdict after some time directing the ministry to consider new tour operators for allotment of Hajj quota in accordance with its 2013 verdict.

Just called MORA to confirm SC decision of 60:40, AND it was told….
Original case is with SHC which is reserved. SC is dealing with quota allocation to new tour operators and previously SC ordered 60:40 ratio as per cabinet’s approval. However, SHC will decide on 60:40 ratio
He mentioned MORA is gonna send messages as soon as case is decided by SHC which is HIGHLY LIKELY that will be decided this week. Website will also be updated.

اسلام آ باد ( رانا غلام قادر ) سیکر ٹری وزارت مذہبی امور کی زیر صدارت اجلاس میں فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے کہ حج کوٹہ کی تقسیم میں گورنمنٹ اسکیم کا حصہ 60فی صد ہی رکھا جائے گا۔یہ فیصلہ بدھ کو اعلی سطحی اجلاس میں کیا گیا جس میں ایس ای سی پی اور وزارت قانون کے نمائندے بھی شریک ہو ئے۔ اجلاس میں رائے دی گئی کہ سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلہ کے مطابق نئے ٹور آپر یٹرز کو بھی حج کوٹہ د یا جا ئے گا ۔اس وقت پرانے ٹور آپریٹرز کی تعداد 742 ،نئے رجسٹرڈ ٹور اپریٹرز کی تعدا د2033 ہے ۔ سپریم کورٹ نے فیصلہ سنا یا ہے کہ وزارت مذہبی امور 40فی صد میں سے نئے ٹور اپریٹرز کو بھی کوٹہ دے۔ اجلاس نے رائے دی کہ سپریم کورٹ کے تحر یری فیصلے کا انتظار کیا جا ئے جو جمعرات کو متوقع ہے ۔اجلاس میں فیصلہ کیاگیا کہ پر ائیو یٹ حج سکیم کا کوٹہ شفاف انداز میں میرٹ پر الاٹ کرنے کیلئے نئی پا لیسی وضع کی جا ئیگی،یہ تجویز ہے کہ عازمین حج کو سستے پیکج پر حج کی سہولت دینے کیلئے حج کوٹہ پیپرز رولز کے تحت اوپن آکشن کے ذ ریعے ان ٹو ر آپریٹرز کو دیا جا ئے جو کم سے کم حج پیکج دیں ، اس سے حکومت کی نیک نامی ہوگی اور لاکھوں عازمین کو فائدہ ہو گا۔ اوپن ٹینڈر کیوجہ سے مسابقت کی فضا پیدا ہوگی ، سستے پیکج سامنے آئیں گے اور نا جائز منافع خوری کا خاتمہ ہو گا

This is yesterday’s news. SC written order is awaited, however, SHC decision is still reserved which MORA told would be basis of MORA SMSs to waiting list candidates.
Seems bizarre of you guys posting same news time n again.
Please post SC / SHC order if any one has that, And do keep praying.

سرکاری سکیم کے تحت ویٹنگ لسٹ پر منتظر عازمینِ حج کیلئے بڑی خوشخبری۔۔۔ سپریم کورٹ کے حالیہ فیصلے کی روشنی میں وزارتِ مذہبی امور نے ویٹنگ لسٹ پر موجود 17563 عازمینِ حج کو کامیاب قرار دے دیا۔ ویٹنگ لسٹ والے عازمینِ حج کو کامیابی کی اطلاع بذریعہ ایس ایم ایس آج ہی کر دی جائے گی۔ بعد ازاں خطوط بھی جاری کیے جائیں گے جن میں پاسپورٹ جمع کروانے سے متعلق تفصیلات درج ہونگی۔ واضح رہے کہ یہ 17563 افراد 28 اپریل کو ہونے والی سرکاری حج سکیم کی قرعہ اندازی کے موقع پر ویٹنگ لسٹ پر رکھے گئے تھے جو اب عدالت سے واضح ہدایات کے بعد کامیاب قرار پائے ہیں۔ اس طرح سال 2017 کے حج کے موقع پر سرکاری سکیم سے کل 1 لاکھ 7 ہزار 5 سو 26 عازمینِ حج سعودی عرب روانہ ہونگے جو کہ کل حج کوٹہ کا 60 فیصد بنتے ہیں۔

Above information shared by people here is true as today morning MORA official facebook page announced it, and even PTV also flashed this news. So news spread here was correct by the people.
The problem now is, that MORA Official Facebook Page all of a sudden have removed that post after it was there for 2 hours. Secondly, even PTV is not splashing this news anymore.
In my opinion, Insha’Allah 60:40 division will be done and only announcement is awaiting. They have removed the news from their page and TV medium, reason being as court decision is still to be announced, and it’s dis-obedience of court to spread such news publically by higher authorities before the court’s judgement is announced. Therefore maybe they have removed it sensing that it could have an adverse effect on them.
