Hamid Saeed Kazmi Released from Adyala Jail Rawalpindi – Welcome in Multan Today
Yesterday Mr. Hamid Saeed Kazmi Released from Adyala Jail Rawalpindi. large number of supporters welcome him at the gate of Adiyala jail. They showered rose petals and chanted slogan in the his favor.
Welcome Program in Multan
Today grand welcome is expected in Multan for the ex. federal minister for religions affairs and interfaith harmony. It is expected that thousands of peoples will gather to welcome him. He has been bailout from hajj corruption scandal by Islamabad High Court (IHC) two days ago.
Mr. Hamid Saeed Kazmi was federal minister in the previous government of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). He was elected MNA from national assembly constituency located in district Rahim Yar Khan.
He belong to an religious family of the Multan. They has larrge following in southern Punjab especially in Multan and Rahim Yar Khan. Program of his welcome is as follows:-

Ex. MNA from NA-192 R.Y.Khan
Mr. Hamid Saeed Kazmi elected MNA from NA-192 Rahim Yar Khan. He was candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian (PPPP) in the general election 2008. He got 65400 votes. While his close rival candidates were Makhdoom Syed Ahmad Alam Anwar of PML-Q (45600 Votes) and Makhdoom Syed Ahmad Mehmood of PML-F (40100 votes).
 Now bith rival has changed their political parties.
Makhdum Ahmad Alam Anawar is now in Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN). While Makhdum Syed Ahmed Mahmood is important leader of Pakistan Peoples Party in south Punjab region.
About Syed Ahmad Saeed Kazmi?
Hazrat Allama Syed Ahmed Saeed Kazmi born in Mohalla Katkoi, Amroha (India). The date of birth is Thursday, March 13, 1913 (04 Rabi-us-Sani 1331 AH). His father Syed Muhammad Mukhtar Ahmad Shah Kazmi died when Ahmed Saeed was still an infant. His eldest brother Sayyed Muhammad Khalil Kazmi brought him up.
Migration to Multan
Sayyed Nafir Alam’s was a Sufi Saint, he used to celebrate the Urs of Khawja Moin-ud-Din Chishti Ajmeri in Multan. He invited young Ahmad Saeed to debate in Multan.
When he listened to his speech, he was greatly impressed. So he continuously requested Ahmad Saeed to permanently shift to Multan.
Therefore he migrated to Multan in the early 1935. So he migrated to Multan some 12 year before the independence of Pakistan in 1947. He played central role in Tehreek e Mustafa (PBUH) in 1977.
