Swat Motorway Sectional Opening Ceremony oday in KPK By Chief Minister Pervez Khattak
Swat Motorway Inauguration of Part 1 By CM KPK Pervaiz Khattak of PTI today. Total length of the Swat motorway is 80 Kilometers.
While 2 KM long Tunnel (Surang) has been also constructed. This project will ease the traffic load of Mardan and Takht Bhai areas, Now travel distance of 2.5 Hours will cover in only 45 minutes.
Swat Motorway will facilitate almost 1800 vehicle daily. While 40 far flung areas will also given easy market access.
Tourist of Swat valley will use this road and it will boost the tourism industry also.
Inauguration ceremony held today.
Its starting point is Kernal Sher Khan Interchange of M1 Motorway (Peshawar-Islamabad). Swat Motorway will end at Chakdara. It is located at distance of 40 Kilometers from Mingora Head Quarter of Swat district.
