PP 123 Recounting Result – PMLN Wins, PTI’s Sonia Lost
The canddiate of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Mrs. Sonia Raza has lost the election from PP-123 Toba Tek Singh.
This provincial assembly seat is located in Tehsil Pir Mahal. In the general election 2018 held on 25th July, The Sonia of PTI decled successfull.
The margin of success so narrow that his rival candidate of PMLN applied for recounting of votes. Yesterday the recounting of votes completed and PML-n’s candidate Qutub Ali Shah Urf Ali Baba remained winner by 19 votes. Earlier Sonia was declared winner by 70 votes more.

Returning officer of PP-123 has issued the form-49.
Now Sonia Raza has approached supreme court to stay the high court orders.
Sonia Ali Raza, who had defeated PML-N’s Syed Qutub Ali Shah by a margin of 70 votes, was declared runner-up by Returning Officer Shahwar Amin Wagha in vote recount.
Shah was declared victorious with 53,122 against Sonia Ali Raza who secured 53,105 votes in revised results.
