   راجہ غضنفر کی صاف نیت اور ایک عظیم قومی جذبے اور مسلسل کوشش سے ہی آددوال کی سوءی گیس، وکٹوریہ پل کی سڑک کی منظوری اورایکسین واپڈا کا دفتر پنڈ دادن خان شفٹ ہوا تھا اور دیگر اہم ترین مساءل حل ہوءے تھے جس کا کریڈٹ اب اس علاقے کے سیاست دان اپنی سیاست چمکانے کے لیے اپنے نام سے منسوب کر رہے ہیں

   اگر چہ راجہ غضنفر علی خان الیکشن میں کامیابی ممکن نہین ہے کیونکہ وہ چالیس ہزار تک ووٹ حاصل کر سکتے ہیں مگر ان کے قومی اسمبلی کا الیکشن لڑنے کا یہ فاءدہ ضرور ہو گا کہ مسلم لیگ اور تحریک انصاف کے ووٹ بنک کو نقصان پہنچ سکتا ہے لہذہ اب جو سیاسی پارٹی کامیاب ہو گی وہ پنڈ دادن خان کے پس ماندہ علاقے میں اپنی قومی اسمبلی کی نشت کو مضبوط اور محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے پنڈ دادن خان کے پس ماندہ علاقے میں ترقیاتی کام کروانے کے لیے کسی اچھے امیدوار کو ٹکٹ ضرور دے گی ترقیاتی فنڈ ہڑپ کرنے والے سابقہ مسلم لیگی امیدوار کو ٹکٹ نہین دے گی کیونکہ ضلع جہلم کی یہ سیٹ مسلم لیگ کی اپم ترین سیٹ ہے اس سیٹ کا الیکشن ہارنے سے مسلم لیگ کافی کمزور ہو جاءے گی لہذا اس دفعہ مسلم لیگ اپنی اس اہم ترین سیٹ کو بچانے کے لیے اور اس علاقے کے عوام کا کھویا ہوا اعتماد حاصل کرنے کے لیے کسی ایک نءے امیدوار کو ضرور سامنے لے آءے گی اور اس علاقے کے پس ماندہ ترین علاقوں میں ترقیاتی کام کروانے کے لیے سر توڑ کوشش ضرورکرے گی کیونکہ راجہ غضنفر علی خان اس علاقے کی ایک ایسی شخصیت ہیں جس کی پکار قومی اسمبلی سے باہر سے بھی سنی جاتی ہے اور اخبارات میں بھی ان کی آواز بلند ہوتی رہتی ہے اور حکومت ان کی پیش کتدہ تجاویز کو خاص اہمیت دیتی ہے اور ان کی جاءز شکایات کا فوری طور پر ازالہ کروانے کی ضرور کوشش کرتی ہے اور ان کی مفید تجاویزات پر عمل فرآمد کروانے کی کوشش ضرور کرتی ہے راجہ غضنفر علی خان کا آزاد امید وار کی حیثیت سے قومی الیکشن لڑنا ایک نیک سگون ہے کیونکہ ان کے قومی اسمبلی کا الیکشن لڑنے سے اس کے مقابلے میں کھڑے ہونے والے مسلم لیگ اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے امیدواروں کو کافی محتاط رہنا پڑے گا اور دونوں امید واروں کو اپنا سیاسی نظریہ اور اپنی سیاسی سوچ لازمی تبدیل کرنی پڑے گی اور وہ آءندہ ساف نیت اور سچے خلوص کے ساتھ اس پس ماندہ علاقے کے عوام کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے ایمانداری سے عوامی خدمت کرنے پر مجبور ہو جاءیں گے اور کبھی بھی بھول کر ترقیاتی فنڈ کو ہڑپ کرنے کی کوشش بالکل نہیں کریں گے اور اس اسلامی ملک کا سیاسی جمہوری نظام صحیح خطوط پر گامزن ہو جاءے گا

   I want to draw the kind attention of Prime Minister of care taker government of Pakistan that Village ADOWAL of Tehsil Pind Dadun Khan District Jhelum is the native village of a great Surgeon of Pakistan Professor & dean Dr Raja Ghulam Asghar (Late) who was one of the most honest, most patriotic, most philanthropist and most experienced surgeons of Pakistan. He also served in Pakistan Army Medical Corps during 1965 India-Pakistan War and he had paid income tax of millions of rupees to the government of Pakistan for 50 years
   But it is a matter of great concern that no development work has been carried out in his native village Adowal by the Chairman District Council Jhelum since 1983. The entire development fund is being gulped by the most corrupted members of the District Council Jhelum. That it is useless to request the MNA-67 & Chairman District Council Jhelum because they both are least expected to carry out any development work in ADOWAL. Therefore, the Caretakers, especially the honourable Prime Minister, are requested to take some benevolent measures for the comfort of the people of Adowal.

   I want to draw the kind attention of the Prime Minister of Pakistan that most cruel & Terrorists officers of Wapda Islamabad are not delivering Electricity bills to their Wapda consumers through TCS service just 15 days before due dates since 2012 in legally way.

   This time Wapda Islamabad has again delivered electricity bills to the Wapda consumers of Wapda of Iqbal Town Rawalpind just four Days before due Date because of adopting most cruel type habitual routine by Wapda officers for purpose of giving more and more most severe tension and mental worries to all consumers of Wapda in order to kill the Wapda consumers in order to pleasing the most cruel politicians of Pakistan

   Similarly, this time ,Wapda has recorded the reading of the meters of june 2018 after 43 Days in order to recover the most exorbitant amount of bills at the rate of most expensive slab Rates

   Hence as such, most of the consumers of Wapda have received their electricity bills of most exorbitant amount of bills in spite of consuming less consumption of Electricity.

   Similarly, the Wapda is also increasing the rate of unit every month without getting approval of National Assembly

   That three months ago , the average amount of electricity bill on consuming 300 units was Rs 9/- per Unit. But now , the average Rate is Rs 16/ – per units.

   Similarly, the most cruel officers of Wapda will now dare to increase more and more rate of Electricity units in the following forth coming months and rate of per unit will become Rs 25/- at the end of this year 2018

   The Main reason is that there is not existed any most honest , highly educated , most intelligent and most strict admistrated officer of the GOOD BLOODED FAMILY on the key posts in the most cruel and out of control Department of Wapda to run the Department of Wapda in most efficient way.

   Similarly, all the Officers of Wapda, Nepra and Federal Ministry of Water & power are not feeling any fear of ALLAH and the severe AAZAB of ALLAH which will be revealed upon them very soon in their graves by the BUD DUHA of the Wapda consumers just within six months before the end of this year 2018.

   The fore coming time will prove my this prediction

   But it is better for the Wapda officers to feel the fear of ALLAH and should avoid to do the cruelty upon any consumer of Wapda for the sake of INSANIYAT

   I will request to Prime Minister of Pakistan that Chairman Wapda, Secretary M/O W&P, Chairman Nepra, Chief Executive IESCO may kindly be terminated from services in the best interest of Pakistan because they all officers are not willing to redress the genuine problems of the Wapda Consumers

   That without termination of service of most cruel and bureaucrates officers of Wapda ,Nepra etc, the working position of Wapda can not be set right for ever

   Similarly, It is also requested that Wapda officers should not be authorized to increase the rate of electricity every month without approval of the National Assembly

   I will also request to Prime Minister of Pakistan that all the Wapda officers should strictly be ordered to deliver electricity bills to their consumers just 15 days before due Datein legally way

   It is also requested to kindly issue strict order to Chairman Wapda that the electricity bills of June 2018 be re issued to Wapda consumers by calculating consumption of 30 days and the remaining 13 days consumption should be transferred in the next electricity bills of July 2018.

   That if Wapda officers are not becoming INSAN , then most severe AAZAB of ALLAH will soon be revealed upon most cruel officers of Wapda because there is still existed one most super power person above of ALLAH who will do justice and will teach most serious lesson to all the most cruel officers of Wapda and most severe AAZAB of Allah will soon be revealed upon all the cruel officers of Wapda and great ALLAH will soon lift up above all the most cruel officers of Wapda

   I hope that the Prime Minister of Pakistan will surely set right the most worst working position of Wapda and will set up one most excellent example of most excellent democracy government and good governors ship government of Pakistan

   The other day, a delegation of most senior citizens of Chak Ali Shah approached me,

   They stated that the Residents of three or four adjacent villages of one Main Village of CHAK ALI SHAH has no any proper & Pucca link road Connecting from Duriala Jalip upto CHAK ALI SHAH & it Adjacent villages of Fateh ABAD & NOWAN LOK etc. while Chak Ali Shah & it Adjacent villages are hardly existed at a distance of hardly three KM afar from Dariala Jalip Town which is located on the MAIN JHELUM ROAD

   That the residents of these villages & specially both Girls & boys students, Patients. & old aged persons are always facing very serious problems while going to School, College Hospital .Market ,etc to DARIALA JALIP & VICE VERSA .

   Similaries , it is also a great problems for peasants & Market brokers for carrying & shifting of their crops, vegetables & others products from fields Upto Dariala Jalip MANDIES & specially during Raining season & wind storms etc.

   Although Many Nos of persistant Demands have been made to members of both Punjab Provincial , the Members of National Assembly and the Chairman District council Jhelum since for a long time ago and our Public Representatives had assured them for carrying out the Development Works with immediate effect but No any reasonable Development work has been carried out so far in this most backward area of Chak Ali Shah

   Hence in the light of the above mentioned facts, all the residents of CHAK ALI SHAH, NOHWAN LOK etc are requesting to requesting to Prime Minister of Pakistan to kindly pay a favourable attention for the redressing of long pending persistant demand & genuine problems of the residents of Chak Ali SHAH of the construction of Proper & Pucca Link Roads From Dariala Jalip Upto Chak Ali Shah

   They also demand for the sui gas connections of all the villages of the residents of ex army men

Because it is the most useful tact in carrying out the development works under the supervision of Army officers to utilize the development funds in properly way at site.

8. Abdul Hafeez Pirzada , one of the most intelligent advocate and a great politician of Pakistan and the author of the CONSTITION OF PAKISTAN 1973 has been died in a hospital of London on 1-09-2015 evening. He was 75 years old.

   He was being considered one of the Most intelligent, most experienced, most senior and most costly advocate of Pakistan than compared to just like 1)- Quaid-e-Azim Muhammad Ali Jinnah (Late), 2)- A.K.Brohi (late), 3)- Yahah Bukhtiar (Late) . and 4)-RAJA Abdullah Khan (Late) Advocates of Pakistan and they all were the most expert law professional persons of Pakistan and we shall be proud of that this Islamic country of Pakistan have produced most intelligent Nos law expert Advocates of the international fame of the world and they all the Ex students of Sind Muslim Law College Karachi where Z.A.Bhuttu was also remained lecturer for a short interval of period..

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was born in Sukkur in 1941 in a most sociable and most patriotic prominent political family of Pakistan. His father Abdul Sattar Pirzada (Late ) has also been remained Chief Minister of Sindh.

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was first educated in Karachi and he had passed MA Political Science by writing a good thesis on the topic “ The Emerging of Communism in Soviet Union”

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada also did his LLB course from the University of Karachi and then did his LLM Course from the University of Sindh Hyderabad.

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada then went abroad for higher studies and he got a degree of Barrister of Law from well reputed international Law college of licolin Inns London.

   Similarly, he also completed a two years degree course of Public Administeration from the university of an Europe country( name not remembered) .

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada then started his own law practice as an Registered advocate of Sind High Court Karachi in the year 1957 and he was then granted permission to become a Registered lawyer of the Supreme court of Pakistan in the year 1959.

   He then set up his own chambers of law Associate in Karachi in 1957 in Karachi and he become one of the most prominent and most costly Advocate of Pakistan in a few years of practice because of his own ability and hard works,.
   Z.A Bhuttu was the bosom friend of Abdul Hafeez Pirzada and both always had remained very close friends together in any meeting and conference etc

   When the Pakistan People Party was formed on 30-11-1967, Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was also among the founding member of PAKISTAN PEOPLE PARTY ie among First 30 founding Members of the great democratic and socialist political party of Pakistan ie PAKISTAN PEOPLE PARTY which then emerged out and one of the most favourite AWAMI people party of the people of Pakistan.

   In the General election of Pakistan of 1970,which was conducted by the President of Pakistan general Yahaa Khan and it was being considered one of the most FAIR and impartial ELECTION of the history of Pakistan,

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada become the Member of National Assembly of Pakistan in this fair Election of Pakistan and he was fully deserved to win this seat of his constituency because of most popular politician and most sociable and pleasant persons of his constituency .

   Abdul Hafiz Pirzada was also again become the member of National Assembly in the next Election of March 1977 .Although it was not was not a fair Election but he was fully deserved to win this election and so he become the member of National Assembly of Pakistan because he was most popular among the 90 % residents of his constituency because of his most excellent good moral characters and others good qualities of his ability and most intelligent nature.

   Soon after the FALL OF Dacca, The Government of PPP was came into existence and the Chairman Zulfiqar Ali Bhuttu become the President and civilian Chief Martial Law Administrator of Pakistan on 20 Dec 1971.
   At that time, The Pakistan was facing many Nos of complicated crises and problems to rehabilitate the good status of Pakistan because of the following reasons
   1)- The east Pakistan had now become the new country of Bangla desh

   2)- 93000 Pakistan POWs were under imprisonment of newly formed Government of Bangla Desh
   3)- The financial position of Pakistan had become most worst and most unsatisfactory because of improperly way of running of past government in un-experienced and mishandling ways and the preplanned attack by Indian army on both borders of Pakistan
   4)- This mishandling of the past governments , corruptions had also upsetted most Nos of our projects of the development works. etc
   5)- The destruction of industrial productions and so many others complicated problems of Pakistan etc had upsetted the economical
   Position of Pakistan very badly .

   But the great AWAMI Leader Zulfiqar Ali Bhuttu was not dishearted at all. He was fully confident that he would restore the good position of Pakistan by using his own ability to resolved all the main problems of Pakistan in short Possible time by crushing all corruption, introducing of most useful projects of developments and introducing the perfect constitution of Pakistan for the restoration of a real democratic government of Pakistan By using the most skilled ability of Abdul Aziz Pirzada.

   Hence both very close friends had worked very hard for more than 20 hours daily for the solving of all complicatd problems of Pakistan

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was entrusted many Nos of most important tasks of more than eight Nos of Ministries at a time ie Education, Finance, co-ordination, Law, etc for the purpose of making good Nos of Policies for this country of Pakistan

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was also a legal adviser of Prime Minister of Pakistan Z.A.Bhuttu and Bhuttu always used to consulted in every matter with Abdul Hafiz Pirzada before implementation /imposition of any good policy
   Of Pakistan.

   But the main task was the framing of a good perfect constitution of Pakistan because in the last more than 25 years since Pakistan came into existence, no proper head was paid to do the most important job of framing of a constitution for Pakistan.

   The first constitution was made in 1956 ie just after 9 years of creation of this Islamic country of Pakistan but this constitution was not a good constitution of Pakistan because there was not existed any clause of Islamic laws in this constitution hence it was cancelled on 27 October 1958 after imposing of Martial Law Government by Field Marshal Geneal Ayub Khan.

   Similarly the 2nd Constitution of 1952 was abolished soon after end of Ayub Khan government by General Yahoo khan and he introduced a legal frame Work order for the time being till restoration of a civil government of Pakistan and he had promised that he will hold a fair Election .And he really had fulfilled his promise and he had handed over the charge to ZA Bhuttu on 20-12-1971
   Hence in March 1972, Z.A,Bhuttu had form a legal committee of most expert lawyers for the prepration of a most important work for the prepration of a most perfect constitution for Pakistan, Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was the chairman of this legal committee .

   This legal committee had worked very hard day and night for 17 months and at last the Legal committee had completed his most important task and completed a perfect constitution of Pakistan which was imposed on 14 August 1973 and this constitution was accepted and signed by all the members of the parliament of the political parties .

   Now this constitution is still in force since 1973 and completed 42 years. The Goldent jubilee of this Constiturion of Pakistan 1973 will be celebrated just after eight years in 2023.

   Abdul Hafeez Pirzada is the real author of this constitution and his service in this regard will be remember for ever ie for many hundred years.
   In future.
   Actually ,Abdul Hafiz Pirzada was a real, most royalful and a true friend of ZA. Bhuttu and he was only the true and most sincere PPP leader who tried very hard to save the life of the Z.A. Bhuttu , he was a lawyer in the Bhuttu case. He met General Zia ul Haque on dated 25-03-1979 just seven days before execution of Z.A,Bhuttu and he requsted the President of Pakistan General Zia ul Haque to commute the punishment of Excution of Z.A. Bhuttu into life imprisonment under clause 45 of the constitution but General Zia Ul Haque had pretended that the application of appeal of Bhuttu has been lost/misplaced some where and so it is impossible for him to proceed the case for further action.

   On receiving this most disappointed reply from the side of General Zia-ul-Haque, Abdul Hafiz Pirzada then met Z.A.Bhuttu in jail but Bhuttu had advised him that no other such appeal of Mercy should be made to General Zia-ul-Haque in future and that he is willing to be executed in this regard.

   Soon after the execution of the Z.A.Bhuttu, All the PPP leaders and workers vanished away from the scene and no one had tried to made any protestion in favour of illegally execution of his great deceased leader ,

   But Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was only the true friend of Z.A.Bhuttu who made protestion in this regard but he was arrested and he was ordered to leave Pakistan, Hence Abdul Hafiz Pirzada had pass an exiled life in London for four years He then arrived in Pakistan and again had made protestion for the restoration of Basic rights of the People of Pakistan but he was again arrested and at later stage he was released on bail.

   Although , Abdul Hafeez pirzada was a true friend of Z.A.Bhuttu , the Prime Minister of Pakistan and he had always tried very hard to unite all the leaders and workers of the PPP into one strong political Party of PPP but differences had been developed between Be Nazeer Bhuttu and Abdul Hafiz Pirzada in 1993.

   Hence he restricted his own activities and set up a chambers of Law Associates in Islamabad.
   Since then, he had paid his full attention in his profession. He joined Imran khan Political Party Tehrik Insaf in june 2015.
   Imran Khan also has hired his legal service for the legal cases against the government of Pakistan in April 2015.

   But because of hard work and also becoming one old aged person, the physical health of Abdul Hafeez Pirzada was not well and so he went to England for medical treatment but he died on 1-09-2015 and as such,
   Our country has lost one most intelligent advocate of Pakistan, He was a well reputed Advocates of international fame and his name is included in the PACIFIC GLOBAL legal Company and he was being hired by the foreign countries for their legal cases.

   Once I was listening his interview on GEO TV of dated 27-05-2007
   In one of the most interested program EIK DIN JEO KEY SATH.
   In this Program, the comparer was telling to audiences that Abdul Hafiz Pirzada is one of the most senior and most costly advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan and his annually income was RUPEES 120 Million per year and this is the only lawyer of Pakistan who has won all the court cases and he has not lose any case. This is one of the most good aspect of life of Abdul Hafiz pirzada and it was also one of the most excellent professional record of the this great lawyer of Pakistan

   During 1971 to 1977, I was posted in wapda Sukkur, My rented house was existed on Royal Road Sukkur just at the bank of the Sind River and Wapda Thermal Station.The house of Abdul Hsfeez Pir zada was existed just s few yards from my house. It was a simple building in which he was residing with his parents and family members. His Father was the ex Chief Minister of sind. His family was of most polite and sociable and take care of all the houses of his Mahalla by redressing their all problems and grievances in most sincere way.

   When ever I go to my office in DC power House.I always used to meet his father Abdul sattar Pir zada(Late). He was most excellent and pleasant type person and always please meet me
   Abdul Hafeez pirzada always remained most busy in Islamabad but whenever he used to come in Sukkur for hardly one day , he always used to meet every person of his Mahalla.

   In the Election of March 1977, My four houses rented building had been collapsed suddenly because of Water logging. But all were saved.

   When the news of this incident conveyed by someone in Islamabad, Abdul Hafiz Pirzada had become much worried to listen about this incident and so he at once phone to Syed Sardar Ahmed khan , the Deputy Commissioner of Sukkur and instructed him strictly to provide Rescue service, Food arrangements, and for immediate alternate accomodation for all tenants of the building. And Deputy Commissioner than has made most efficient arrangement upon this phone call direct from Islamabad.

   It was a good proof of most good and most excellent personality of Abdul Hafiz Pirzada and I am still remembering his most wonderful moral character of Abdul Hafeez Pirzada
   He was really one of the most excellent philanthropist person of Pakistan and I always appreciate his good personality. such great persons are rarely/seldom born in many thousand years.

   In a nutshell, Abdul Hafiz Pirzada was a great lawyer of Pakistan and is also an author of the Constitution of Pakistan but it is a matter of great concern that all the urdu newspapers of Pakistan have published the news of his death of a great lawyer of Pakistan in few lines in a single column of 5 CM Space in a nookcorner location. This logic of insulting attitude from th sides of press media is not understood to me that why newspapers of Pakistan could not distinguished between a great person and an unpopular persons.

   It is mostly observed in news media our press media is always publishing the useless news of film actress on half page of the newspaper but on other side ,all the press media are not published the great news of the most intelligent persons of Pakistan.

   We should respect such a great lawyer and most philanrhtopist person of Pakistan.

   I will request to all politicians and members of National assembly of Pakistan to adopt the same manners of most excellent good moral Characters and personal qualities in them in order to serve the people of Pakistan in most sincerely ways . All the politicians should avoid to do the cruelty upon poor people of Pakistan and they should determine to do good works ie to crush all the corruptions, , heinous crimes, murdering, beggar Camps, kidnapping for ranson, unlashing the dangerous dogs upon poor ladies /children by sourceful Zamindars, Th backing the criminal persons, terrorism , looting the Pakistan treasuries etc and they should provide immediate justice to all people of Pakistan and should redress all the genuine grievances and problems of Pakistan , similarly our politicians should also to develop this country of Pakistan and also to improve the working system of all the government offices of Pakistan.

   I will also request to all members of the national Assembly that if they want to pay a great tribune to ABDUL HAFIZ PERZADA , the great lawyer of Pakistan, then they should not made any more amendments in the constitution of Pakistan. All the amendments so far made in the this Constitution of Pakistan should be abolished at once and this Constitution of Pakistan should be restored in it original form of the constitution of 1973 position because it is the only the best way to pay a good tribune to ABDUL HAFIZ PIR ZADA ,the great lawyer and philanthropist person f Pakistan.

   Now at the end of this essay, I want to condole all the members of the family of Abdu Hafiz Pirzada (Late) that Allah may rest him in peace in the JANAT-UL-FIrdous and may Provide the power of patient to the members of the breaved family to bear this great loss of a great and philanthropist person of pakistan .    BABA PIR BUX (Late)

   I WAS Five YEARS Old before partition when my mother took me from Karachi to my native village of ADOWAL(Jhelum) for the first time for one month to see her elder sister BEGUM JEHAN ARA (LATE) who was my most lovely Aunt ( KHALAH) She & her 80 years old aged Husband ( MY KHALOO) BABA PIR BUX , one ex army man of first war 1914 at Singapore. were much pleased to see me because I was a very close relative and Nephew of my Aunt

   My uncle BABA PIR BOX was so weak that he could not walk without a Walking stick because of most serious pain in his backbone.

   But in spite of this , he was one of the most KHUD DAR & self relief person , He used to do all the field work .

   Similarly, Every month, He used to go alone on foot to HARANPUR , three miles away from ADOWAL in order to receive his monthly pension from main post office of Haranpur.

   Although his physical health was not sound but in spite of this , he used to go Haranpur with a snail pace with the help of walking stick in most heated scorching heat of the sun.

   One day, he come back without pension because the post Master of HARANPUR had told him that his pension has not received from army office.

   But 90 years old aged MIAN ABDULLAH of Adowal , who was also an ex army man and had served british army during 1914 world war and he was also IMAM MASJID of JAMA MASJID ADOWAL in addition to postman of ADOWAL. When he learnt that my uncle pension had not received to him, he become much worried when he learnt that monthly pension of BABA PIR BUX has not received to him .

   Hence being a good bosom friend of my uncle, he advised my uncle BABA PIR BUX to submit a complaint to army headquarter for the redressing of his genuine matter promptly.

   Hence my uncle BABA PIR BUX had submitted his complaint on a two paisa post card and dropped this post card in the letter box of Adowal.

   But after four days , the post master of HARANPUR reached at mid night in ADOWAL and handed over the monthly pension to my uncle BABA PIR BUX .

   Similarly . The next day , one army officer major of british army approached ADOWAL and met my old aged uncle BABA PIR BUX in his home and apologized of delaying of pension because of fault of his own office clerk and he had terminate the clerk on the spot

   But my uncle was a kind hearted person, He requested the Major to kindly reinstead the service of most poor clerk of the army Account Section.

   The Major has then reinstead the service of the accountant clerk on the request of my Most Generous & kind Hearted Uncle BABA PIR BUX (Late)

   At last ,the army officer had saluted to my old aged uncle while my uncle was a JUNIOR MOST non commissioned HAVALDAR than compare the highest rank of the army officer

   But Army officer had saluted to my uncle as a great respect by considering him one of the most respected person and also considering him one of the old aged respected ex army man .

   But why I have described this true story , the main reaons of stating this true story are the following

   1)- Although in those days there was existed one of the non muslim government of British Rulers, but the working system of all the offices of the government Departments during British regime before partition was most excellent .

   2)- that in those days , if any one 80 years old aged illiterate person have faced any genuine problem, he direct used to go straight to the MUNSHI , ARZI NAWEES ( APPLICATION WRITER) sitting out sides on the Foot Paths of the post offices and get submitted his genuine complaint to concerned officer on a two paisa post card and posted it in piller box.

   3)- Believe it or not but it is a real fact that it was a good policy of the then British government that all the most genuine complaints of all the most invalid, and old aged persons were used to redress very promptly within three or four days positively.

   4)- Beside this ,The officer of the concerned office or his representative also come to the complainant for apology from him

   5)- But Why ? It is Because of the reason that in those days, the British government used to appoint most honest , most intelligent and well educated officers of GOOD BLOODED FAMILIES on the key posts of the government departments.

   6)- Similaely , No any clerk has ever dared to keep all the officially letters in pending and he also never dared to throw all the applications of the public in the RADI Baskets.

   7)- The officers of the Department were so much most strict administerated type persons that .All the genuine complaints of the public were being redressed promptly.

   8)- The due justice were being used to provided to all the most suffered & deserved persons .

   9)- No any criminal person has dared to commit any heinous crime of dacoity, gang raped, kidnappings, GOONDA TAXES etc, in those Days

   10)- Similarly . No QABZA Mafia & FRAUDY Persons were existed in those days.

   11)- That in those days , The Newspapers have adopted most stricted & most excellent policy of the a good journalism of Newspapers and there were existed most true editors and good journalism of ZINDA ZAMEER type in the press media

   12)- That because of existing of most excellent ,most true and most sincerely journalists & Most Patriotic editors of the newspapers , THE INSANIYAT WAS EXISTED IN THOSE DAYS.

   13)- The British government used to look after the protection of life and properties of the citizens at all cost because of existing of a good government system

   Hence in the views of the above mentioned facts our own government of this Islamic country of Pakistan should adopt one of the most excellent , most impartial and fair policy for the introduction of a good Islamic Democracy political system in Pakistan for the restoration of INSANIYAT IN THIS ISLAMIC COUNTRY OF PAKISTAN in the best interest of Pakistan because it is the last chance to save this Islamic country of Pakistan

   Because , the most severe earth quake of October 2004 was the last indication of revealing of severe AAZAB of the ALLAH upon the most cruel bureaucrates officers and the politicians of Pakistan for the improving of their own moral characters of all the most cruel & bureaucrate officers and politicians of Pakistan

   That it is seemed that one most severe incident of earth quake can be occurred at any time in Pakistan in order to restore a good islamic democratic government of Pakistan for the restoration of INSANIYAT IN THIS ISLAMIC COUNTRY OF PAKISTAN for the sake of Allah

   Hence it is responsibility of all the news papers of Pakistan to change their all unjustified thinking power and the greedy minds and all the newspapers should adopt a good policy of journalism for the crushing of all crimes , corruptions and evils of this Islamic country of Pakistan and should struggle for the restoration of a good Islamic democratic political system of government in this Islamic country of Pakistan for the sake of the INSANIYAT

   Similarly , All the newspapers should not become happy by seeing the most severe cruelty upon poor persons of Pakistan because their own children and girls can l be kidnapped and gang raped and can l be murdered

   At any time by the hands of hired Goonda Types persons of the politicians to whom , they are praising in your newspapers .

   Hence it is time that all newspapers should feel the fear of ALLAH and should represent the most depressed peoples of Pakistan in their newspapers by conveying their genuine grievances in the knowledge of the concerned ministry for promptly rectification of their problem for the protection of the genuine human Rights of the peoples of Pakistan for the sake of the INSANIYAT

    No respect for tax payers

    I Want to draw the kind attention of Prime Minister of Pakistan that this logic is not understood to me that those most honest , Most patriotic, most philanthropists and law-obeying good citizen of Pakistan who have being paid income taxes every year million of Rupees in most honestly ways, No any development works are being carried out in the native villages of such most respected & most excellent income tax payers citizens of Pakistan
    But on others side, all the development funds are being utilized and gulped by the most selfish & most powerful members of local bodies members of District councils, Tehsil councils and Union Councils who have never pay any income tax even of one paisa to the govt of Pakistan and also are not the real and true royalful friends of Nawaz Sharif, the president of PML-N.
    I am saying this because of the following reasons.
    1- That ADOWAL of Tehsil Pind Dadun Khan is the native village of a great surgeon of Pakistan Professor & Dean Dr Raja Ghulam Asghar (late ) who had remained one of the most honest, most patriotic and most experienced surgeon of Pakistan & who had served this Islamic country of Pakistan in the medical field for a long period of 56 years from 1952 upto 2008 .
    2)- He had also served the Pakistan Army during 1965 indo-Pakistan war at the battle field at Lahore, Sialkot, & Kharian Sectors 24 hours to do surgical operations of injured army men and officers in the battle field
    3)- That, Field Marshal Ayub Khan (Late) had appreciated the most excellent service of this great surgeon of Pakistan .
    4)- When ever he used to go abroad for attending medical conferences, seminars etc, he was being offered most attractive jobs on handsome salaries and others fringes by the ambassador of the foreign countries but this great surgeon of Pakistan did not accepted their offers because he was a true Pakistani person.
    5)- He used to pay the income Tax million of Rupees every year to the Govt of Pakistan in most honestly way. He was only the great surgeon of the history of Pakistan who had paid maximum amount of income taxes to the govt of Pakistan than compared to others doctors of Pakistan
    6)- But it is a matter of great pity that no any development work are being done by the chairman District council Jhelum
    7)- Even one ordinary work of constructing a most important Pukka road from Chopal upto Graveyard (on which, the Jinaza of everyone is passing through this uneven damaged path) has not been constructed so far .
    8)- Because all the members of the District Council Jhelum are not feeling any fear of Great Allah and the severe Aazab of the great Allah which will be revealed soon upon these most cruel members of the District Council Jhelum and they will soon be faced the severe AAZAB of the ALLAH in their graves.
    9)- Similarly The members of the District Council Jhelum have no intention to carry out any development work in ADOWAL till Qiamat.
    10)- In the light of the above mentioned facts, I will request to Prime Minister of Pakistan to kindly restore the previous system of administration of Deputy Commissioners in place of DCOs and full power of utilizing of development funds in uniformly ways may kindly be entrusted to Commissioners of the zones
    11)- In this way, the bad activities of dishonest and and most corrupted members of the local bodies of mis-using and gulping of development funds can be crushed .
    12)- Besides this, Most strict rules & regulations are needed to be imposed for the improving of the moral characters of all the members of the District Councils.Tehsil Council and Union

    I hope that the Prime Minister of Pakistan will surely set right

    I once visited this mid east Hospital Clifton Karachi 17 years ago with my real elder brother Professor & dean Dr Raja Ghulam Asghar (Late) one of the most honest, Most patriotic and a great surgeon of Pakistan ,when my cousin RAJA AHMED ALI DIG OF POLICE KARACHI was admtted in this hospital but he died the next day because of on heart arrest disease and paralysed . this Mid East Hospital was and is still one of the most excellent hospital of the the Pakistan because of good management of the Hospital and this Mid east Hospital is fully equiped with all latest technology and latest types of medical plants and machineries alongwith a team of most seniors , well qualified & most experienced doctors of Karachi having more than 50 years of medical experience in their respective field of medical service.

    Be Nazeer Bhutto and their family members ,sons, etc have been remained under medical treatments in this hospital. Before this , American Hospital near NAZ Cinema Bunder Road karachi was being considered one of the most excellent hospital of Karachi but now MID EAST Hospital is being considered one of the most excellent hospital of pakistan and so now no any politician is needed to go abroad for their own medical treatment . This Mid East Hospital is providing all types of medical treatments as well as providing of good medical facilities to their patients and medical treatments to their patients in most sincerely and best ways in all possible ways Most Nos of Patients are fully trusted on this hospital

    In the light of the above mentioned facts. I will advised to all others private hospitals of Pakistan that they should not adopt to looting the patients in a bad intention. they should adopt the good policy of Mid East Hospital Karachi and should provide the medical treatment to their patients in most honestly & Sincerely ways just like Mid East Hospital Complex Karachi by considering their medical profession as a SACRED , good and noble Medical Profession to maintain the INSANIYAT in this Islamic country of Pakistan .

    THE GRIEVANCIES OF MA CANDIDATES OF UNIVERSITY OF PUNJAB LAHORE
    ============================

    I want to draw the kind attention of Federal Minister of Education Islamabad that
    1)- The Controller of Examination of the University of the Punjab has issued unjustified Date Sheet for MA Annual Examination 2019 of Part-1 & Part-2 in which he has not maintained a gap of at least two days between two papers for the those candidates who are appearing in all the ten papers of MA composite Examination 2019

    2)- That once there was time uptill last year 2018, that It was remained one of the good routine of the Universiry of the Punjab that MA Annual Examination Part-1 were always being conducted after the end of conducting of MA Annual Exam Part -2. In this way every student of either MA Part-1 or MA Part-2 and even the candidates of MA COMPOSITE EXAMINATION ( ie those students who are appearing in ten Nos of both MA exam of Part 1 & Part-2 ) always used to avail two or Three days of gaps after every paper of the subject for the prepration of next paper of MA Composite Examination.

    But this year 2019 ,the University of Punjab has issued date sheets of both MA Annual Examinations of Part-1 & MA Part-2 simultaneously with effect from 19 June upto 9 July 2019 .

    It means that candidates of MA Composite Exam will not be availed any gap of even one day between two papers
    Of the MA Examination 2019

    It is not understood that why university of Punjab has created one most unjustified & complicated problem for the candidates of MA Composite examinations.

    That in the light of the abovementioned facts , I will
    request to Federal Minister of education SHAFQAR MEHMOOD through press that the Controller of
    Examination be advised that the Date Sheet of MA Part-2 should be revised , Changed , Adjusted with effect from 11 july 2019 (ie after the end of MA EXAM Part-1) for the convenience of candidates who are appearing in the MA Composite Exam ( ie appearing in both MA Exam part-1 & MA Exam part-2 ).

    I hope that Federal minister will issued strict instructions to VICE CHANCILLOR of the University of
    The Punjab that the Date Sheers for MA examinations should be revised immediately so that every candidates of MA Composite examination should avail at least two days of GAP between every two papers for the convenience of candidates of MA Composite Examinations

    I want to draw the kind attention of IMRAN KHAN, the most honest, most Patriotic & most popular PRIME MINISTER OF PAKISTAN that the name of PIR WIDHAI Double ROAD ( From Faizabad upto Peshawar Road) be re-name as MIR KHALIL UR REHMAN ROAD because of the following reasons of facts in order to pay a great homage tribute to this most patriotic and a great philanthropist journalist of Pakistan

    (1)- That Mir Khalil-ur- Rehman was one of the most real patriotic, most bold, most philanthropist, most sociable , ZINDA ZAMEER and one of the most bold and a great true journalist of Pakistan by adopting one of the most excellent and one of the most neutral type sincere policy of a true public representation Journalism of Pakistan

    (2)- That this great ,true & most bold journalist of Pakistan had played a great vital roll in creation of establishing of an independent Islamic state of Pakistan for the 39 %age of most suffered muslim peoples of sub-continant of pre partition of HINDUSTAN by using of most powerful pen for the struggling of a real Islamic state of Pakistan for a good noble cause for creation of an independent Islamic state of Pakistan by writing most excellent and most effective editorials in his most popular newspapers of daily jang and he always had been remained alongwith the most sincered & most true muslim leaders of HIDUSTAN for the creation of an independent muslim state for the most suffered muslim peoples of Hindustan for the safety of muslim rights & for the restoration of an actual & a most real true Islamic cultural life of muslim peoples of Hindustan

    (3)- He used to give most useful & good pieces of advises to our all great muslim leaders of Hindustan before partition.

    (4)- His main policy of journalism was to improve the good moral characters of the muslim peoples of Pakistan as well as to convey the most real & genuine problems/grievances in the knowledge of the government of Pakistan for the taking of immediate action in rectification and redressing of genuine peoblems & grievances of the most suffered peoples of pakistan

    (5)- His main policy of to introduce a real type of true journalism in Pakistan for purpose of establishing of a good Islamic political system of the government of Pakistan with according to basis of Islamic ideology for which the struggle was made for the establishing of one of the most powerful and a most real developed country of Pakistan of the world by elimination of all evils and crimes of this Islamic country of Pakistan in order to made a most peaceful , crime less country of Pakistan

    Hence in views of the abovementioned facts. It is the earnest desire of all the peoples of this Islamic country of Pakistan that the name of PIR WIDHAI Road be renamed as MIR KHALIL UR REHMAN ROAD.

    I am of the views that it is one of the most best way to pay a great tribute to this a great journalist of Pakistan who had united all the peoples of Pakistan together into a firm Nation from Karachi to Landi Kotal , Azad Kashmir upto last end of border of Chamman etc
    Similarly the Pir widhai road is a portion of road of PAKISTAN NATIONAL HIGHWAY from Karachi to Landi Kotal. Hence I have selected this PIR WIDHA ROAD to be rename as MIR KHALIL UR REHMAN ROAD because Mir Khalil Ur Rehman had struggled for the whole nation of Pakistan

    I hope that our most real & most true Prime Minister of Pakistan will surely rename the Pir
    Widhai Road as Mir Khalil Ur Rehman Road in order to pay a great tribute to this most patriotic and most philanthropist journalist of Pakistan of the 78 years history of Pakistan

    BAD HABITUAL ROUTINE OF
    LATE BILLING BY SNGPL

    I want to draw the kind attention of Prime Minister of Pakistan IMRAN KHAN that
    (1)- The residents of IQBAL TOWN Rawalpindi have again received their SUI GAS BILLS of the month of APRIL 2019 on dated 17-05-2019 having due date of 21-05-2019 ie just four days before Due Date.

    (2)- It is because of bad habitual routine adopted by Most Inefficient & Most Cruel Officers of SNGPL just like WAPDA Officers to upset their sui gas consumers to kill then to death.

    (3)- In this connection .I will again request to Prime Minister of Pakistan IMRAN KHAN for the sake of INSANIYAT to kindly take immediate drastic action against MANAGING DIRECTOR & General Managers of SNGPL .

    (4)- Because such bad & Most Cruel type practice from the side of the Most Cruel Officers can be caused
    of the occurring of death of any consumer of SNGPL because of Heart Attack .

    (5)- And FIR under MURDER CASE can be registered against most cruel officers of SNGPL .

    (6)- I hope that our Prime Minister of Pakistan IMRAN KHAN will surely take the immediate stern action against all the key posts officers of SNGPL , WAPDA, Wasa & PTCL in order to improve the working systems of all utility departments of Pakistan

    (7)- And in future , all officers of SNGPL , WAPDA etc would arrange to deliver the UTILITY BILLS to their consumers just 15 Days before the due date in future as per sanctioned LAW.

    ===================
    It is one of the good decison of the PTI Government that our Peime Minister of Pakistan IMRAN KHAN has introduced n a most useful facility for the people of PAKISTAN to convey their genuine complaints to Pakistan Citizen Portal for promptly redressing of their complaints . Hence I congratulate to IMRAN KHAN

    But there are still existed a nos of main problems for the peoples of pakistan that how to avail this facility to get registered their genuine complaints through PAKISTAN CITIZEN PORTAL in most easy way without any complications & obstruction ?
    The problems are as following

    1)- That most of the proples of pakistan dont know that how to use APPS and how to get registered their genuine complaints ?

    2)- That it is one of the most complicated system to get lodge their complaints through PAKISTAN CITIZEN SYSTEM

    3)- Although there is no doubt that the public complaints against most inefficient
    officers of government deapartments are being redressed really through PAKISTAN CITIZEN PORTAL but it is not a good working system of redressing public complainrts
    through PAKISTAN CITIZEN PORTAL because in this system ,our PTI government is not willing to terminate the service of most inefficient & corrupted officers of government departments in order to set right the working system of all government departments of Pakistan

    4)- If our PTI Government is really wanted to set right the working systems of the government departments of Pakistan , then PTI should kindly consider my most useful suggestions and should act accordingly in order to improve the most worst working system of Pakistan

    (i)- First of all, our PTI Government should appoint most honest , most patriotic , Most intelligent .well educated officers of GOOD BLOODED FAMILIES on the KEYSPOST of all government departments in the best interest of Pakistan

    (II)- BOGUS EDUCATIONAL DEGREE HOLDERS & NEECH KHANDAN Officers should never be employed in any government Department of Pakistan in order to crush the corruptions in the government departments

    (III)- All officers should not be allowed to setve government deapartments for more than 15 years of service, The more period they will serve in the government departments. otherwise all such most inefficient and corrupted officers will become most corrupted &inefficient. and working system of the government department will be become upsetted . Hence it is my good advise to Prime Minister of Pakistan that all officers ,who have completed 15 years of service
    should be retired from government departments on completion of 15 year of Service in the best interest of PAKISTAN

    (IIV)- All fake & bugus educational degrees of non-intelligent officers should be cancelled and all such officers should be put in JAIL for a period of ten years and their pay, commutation of pension , and all properties earned by unfair means should be forefeited in the best interest of Pakistan. Hence by adopting suct most stricted steps. No any officer of pakistan will dare to upset the working system of the government department in future

    (VI)- It is also observed in all the government departments of Pakistan that our most of the
    most cruel MUSLIMS officers are not taking any action in redressing the genuine complaints of the public.Hence such most cruel and terrorists officers should be punished hang on gallows
    so that all others most cruel officers should learn the IBRAT NAK Lessons and they should become INSAN in future

    (VII)- It is also observed that most of the 75 % age Dak are always lying in pending for many many nos of years . Nence it is advised that PM INSPECTION teams should check all the
    government of pakistan by paying surprised visit and terminate the service of all such most inefficient officers on the spot and should put them in jail for a period of ten years

    (VIII)- Hence by checking all the goverment departments in surprised vist, the orking system of all the offices of the governments departments will be improved automatically and all officers of the covernment departments will be become GOOD INSANS AND TRUE MUSLIMS OFFICERS AND THEY WILL NEVER TRIED TO COMMIT ANY NEGLIGENCY AND WILL ALSO NEVER TRY IN ADOPTING OF CRUEL TYPE POLICIY OF DOING CRUELITY UPON PEOPLES OF PAKISTAN IN FUTURE FOR EVER.

    (IX)- I hope that our Prime minister of Pakistan will consider my all most useful suggestions
    mentioned above and will introduce most easy and most effective working system of
    PAKISTAN CITIZEN PORTALDi so that all most suffered and most oppressed people of pakistan should lodge their genuine complaints to PAKISTAN CITY PORTAL in most easy ways
    But it is my advise to Prime Minister of Pakistan that without termination of most inefficient officers of pakistan ,the most worst working system can not be set right and improved for ever. THANKING YOU IN ANTICIPATION

    The mechanism through which the developing character of any citizen of any nation and the social cultural life of any area is easily can be checked only by the means of to adhere with the all the available of latest informations of ancient & modern period & also by latest sources of learning.

    Observing and also obtaining the moment by moment latest information about every country of the world ie by visiting/touring all the places of your own country and also to all countries of the would starting from one corner of the world to the last corner of the world on the basis of guidelines hint “seeing is believing” and also by studying more and more books of old-aged well educated authors about such subjects.

    Besides this, the periodicals, magazines, Digests, Newspapers, Research papers, Documentary Films, Functions of cultural shows, visiting guest, group discussions attending of traditional and ritual ceremony, TV programmes of all world, the films of National Geographical Society, can provide sufficient datas and information about the cultural and social life of all the countries of the world.

    But here, we are discussing about the social and cultural life of all the areas of Pakistan. Every person should learnt more and more about the social and cultural life of all the areas of his own country of Pakistan and also research that what is media and newspapers have performed the role to deteriorate the moral character of the people of Pakistan and how to change the civilised cultural into most harmful cultural life of Pakistan.

    It is a matter of fact that the social & cultural life of any society , tribe & county is always changed by the passing of the time. Although such changes are come into existence by the adopting of bad & good Habits, vogue & customes but it is always noted that a few persons are adopting the good habits and prove themselves as a good civilised citizen but most are adopting bad manners of habits and it is the main reason that most of the young generations have adopted bad habits because of lack of docility & control from the sides of their bad minded parents who are encouraging their youngs to adopt the bad manners of habits and it is the main reasons that the social life of this motherland country of Pakistan is badly affected in the form of commiting of day by day increasing of heinous types of crimes from the sides of the out of control new young generations of the modern age, the prevailing state of inhumanity, corruptions, non-respecting of old-aged persons, the un-satisfactory, improper, and descending type standard of education etc and so many others factors.

    Now here one question is arised who is responsible of making of such situation of deteriorating and up-setting of social and cultural life of Pakistan and who will improve and set right the this deteriorating and upsetting situation of social and cultural life of Pakistan.

    Now in order to find out the main reason of such situation, we should survey and collect the viewspoints of the leading and candid persons of every field and walk of life in Pakistan and also by pondering over the thinking points of the past well reputed person and authors of the well descriptive books on such topics.

    In this regard, when I contacted Raja Ghazanfar Ali Khan Adowalia, one 65 years old and sincere citizen of Pakistan who is also a press Essay writer of all Urdu & English leading Newspapers of Pakistan since 1954 and was remained a daily columnist “NAYA DIN NAYI BAAT” of daily Yadgar Sukkur. When he was asked to offer comments on this serious type hot topic, his valuable and observed comments were as under.

    The social and cultural life of any society and country is always changed on passing of time because of time to time changing of vouge, costumes, changing of good and bad habits and social rites due to introducing of various types of luxuries type entertainments appliances/machineries and scientific products because of rapidly development of scientific & electronic technology but media can also played an important vital role in changing the cultural & social life of Pakistan by introducing new vouge, costumes, fashion, etc and also by providing a nos. of good pieces of advises about adopting the passing of a good social and moral life and also to provide useful instructions and imparting educations to the people of Pakistan for the purpose of improving their characters and also by teaching and guiding them valuable guidences in all daily problems of life but it is very regretted to note that our all sources of media are not feeling their sacred and due responsibilities in improving the characters of the people of Pakistan but in stead, they are up-setting the social and cultural life of Pakistan by imparting the new technique and training of how to commit a crime of looting and deceiving the people and how to escape by committing any crime and by doing any unlawful action.

    The present media is also introducing un-islamic culture etc in order to diverging the new generation away from adopting their right path of life which were instructed by our religion of Islam. Although Urdu is the national language of Pakistan and there are existed only 18% age educated persons who can read the Urdu language but it is very pity to say that there is no any standard and good newspapers of Urdu language in Pakistan.

    It is true that Jang is a popular Urdu newspaper of Pakistan but this paper is habitual of publishing most nos of advertisements of most fraudy, bogus and deceiving housing societies, and others natures of business who have looted & deprived most of the peoples of Pakistan of their many millions of Rupees. Similarly most of the writers of Urdu newspapers are habitual of praising most corrupted officers, politicians etc by getting purses of money of million of Rupees from them for such purpose.

    Then let me know that which newspaper will adopt a good & fair policy to serve the people of Pakistan in improving the moral and social characters of them and to how much extent such newspapers and writers should be expected to become most sincered in the field of media to change the moral, social and the cultural life and human characters of the people of Pakistan by writing most effective reformative type articles in their newspapers in the best interest of nation.

    Once I was viewing one PTV Drama (I don’t know the name of drama). The story of the drama was that one girl student of a girls boarding hostel was walking on the road in a deserted area of Blue area of Islamabad. Two young licentious boys has stopped the way of walking girl and began to tease the girl. The girl become most nervous and upsetted. By chance, at that time, two constables of Islamabad police were on the patrolling duty on the same way. They asked the girl what was happened with her.

    She told the police that both boys were teasing her. The constable then enquired from the boys. The replied (But falsely blamed) that the girl herself was pressing and inviting for an illicit offer to them. The police taken them both parties to the police station. But what was happened next in that drama. It was not shown in the drama but every TV viewers are fully known that the goonda type licentious boys will be released because of the backing by the sourceful politicians, officers or by giving money to police officers but on other side the position of innocent and guiltyless girl studint is become defamed for his whole remaining life.

    It means that PTV is consedered that such type of act from the side of licentious persons in the society is fully right and justified and hence it is the policy of the Pakistan PTV to encourage such licentious role in order to harass and upsetted the peaceful life of the most respected pious persons while in the fifty years old Indians and Pakistani films, such stores are not filmised in the best interest of the society. In that times, the films of good stories ie old Indian films DARD, ZEENAT, NEK PERWEEN, NAYA AADMI, BADAL, AFSANA, KUNDAN, SHABNAM, ZINDAGI AUR TOOFAN, AAG, ROOTI, EK DO TEEN, DOOPATA, BARA DARI, ANAR KALI, HUMAYUN & Pakistani films AULAD, MEHTAB, ISHQ PER ZOOR NAHIN, BARI BEGUM, DAMN, KANEEZ, INSAN AUR AADMI, ANMOOL, MAN KE AANSOO, INSANIYAT, HUMRAHI, BARI BAHU, SALGIRAH, ARMAN, SAHELI, BADNAM, BADGUMAN, ISHQ-E-HABIB, etc were always being made in a good sense in which a good in reformatting type of social stories were being shown to the films fans and a serious and the admonitory type lessons were being shown at the end of the films about the playing role of licentious persons as well as teaching a good useful lesson to all the filmfans.

    Actually such family hits films were playing a great vital role in the improving of characters of the peoples in reformative way at that time but now such good social type films are not being prepared and there is prevailing a situation of showing such films in which the new generations are being taught to adopt a wrong path of maintaining a situation of goonda gardi, commiting crimes, doing cruelity, etc.

    Similarly the articles of fifty years old newspapers, Magazines, books etc were most excellent and such articles were teaching some useful guidelines to all the persons to improve the moral characters and personality of the persons. For example Monthly ISMAT was a good magazine for the Muslim purdah nashin women. MARATUL AROOS was a good book for the women. Monthly religious magazine ASHIANA Delhi was a good religious magazine.

    Similarly at that time ie fifty years ago, there were independent separate text books for the girls school in which most useful lesson were being taught in the girls school from the Urdu text books series names “URDU ZANANA COURSE” hence at that time, the good films, radio programmes, school courses etc were developing and improving the whole characters and nature of the nation but in the present time, the whole media is failed in improving the characters of the nation because of doing their responsibility in a negative way while if it is decided to adopt a positive way in showing reformative type of programme, then one most excellent nation will be emerged out of a very good character of social life. Hence I am of the opinion that Media can play should be played a vital role in the changing of the social life and character of the nation by performing a positive role in this field instead of adopting a negative role.

    The opinion expressed by Raja Ghazanfar Ali Khan as above is most considerable and thinking type and one should ponder over the notable points expressed by him. Now come to the others viewspoints expressed by others authors and writers.

    SOME ASPECT OF SOCIAL LIFE OF THE WORLD and PAKISTAN:

    1) The Arabs are the most hospitable persons and they respect their guest. They all eat the meal in one plate. The women then eat meal after taking and eating meal by the men. They trust on ALLAH and offer five times prayers daily. They don’t close and lock the houses and the shops at the time of offering prayers or going to anywhere. No anybody dare to steal or to lift any article lying on the road. The Islamic laws are existed and prompt decision of criminal cases are carried and punish the criminal within ten days time even in the cases of murdering cases.

    The women observe the Purdah and always wearing loose garments and veils. The marriage ceremonies are slightly the same as our culture of Pakistan.

    2) The people of Frontier Sindh and Balochistan are most hospitable. The Phatan protect their guests who approach them for shelters.

    The family disputes are remained generation by generation and are seldom end in compromised. The Khatak dance is the favourable dance of the tribal areas. Marriage are done under heavy firing. The people are most hard worker. The people of Balochistan are always like and love the truth of the matters and don’t tolerate any false evidents. They passed there life in Islamic ways by sitting on the carpets and don’t like to sit on the sofa or chairs, their women are strictly observe the purdah. All ladies are wearing long loose embroided shirts and long dopatta, they don’t like to impart education to girls.

    The people like the white colour dress. Some tribesmen of Balochistan are wearing shalwars of forty to fifty yards of cloths. The people of Sindh like to use the AJARAK and Sindhi caps and also like to eat the fish and rice.

    The people of Punjab are like to wear Turban, Kurta Dhooti and like to smoking Huqa. The bread of jawar and corn with Lassi are the favourite diet. Bhangara & Ludi are the favourite dances of Punjab but they are most hard agricultrists. The ritual ceremonies of marriages are most fanciful than other parts of the country.

    It is learnt from reliable sources that Most cruel Bureaucrates officers of Pakistan & specially Chairman FBR
    Have planned to submit most unjustified & misleading taxes proposals to our most popular Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran khan for the imposing of heavy taxes on all the employees of the government departments & Private departments and most poor persons of Pakistan in the next budget 2019-20 on 11 th June 2019 who are earning monthly income & salaries of Rs 50000/- PM or more in order to defame the good position of Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan & also to fail the good government of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan .

    It means that CHAIRMAN FBR is not willing to fix the limit of the taxable amount of income from Rs 800000/-
    ( Rs 0.8 Million) per year upto Rs 1200000 /- ( Rupees 1.2 millions) per yearly . He is fixing taxable amont of income upto Rs 600000/- per yearly ( ie Rs 0.6 Million).
    This unjustified imposing of tax proposals will create unrest and most poor persons will be become dis-hearted on imposing of such most unjustified Rules & regulations of TAXES,

    In this request , I will request to Prime Minister of Pakistan to kindly do mercy on very very most poor persons of Pakistan and specially low paid government employees because the most essentials monthly domestic expenses of one most poor person of Pakistan is always remained in around Rs one Lakh per month on House Rent , educational fees , Books, Utility Bills , medical treatments , FOODS, clothes, marriages of sons/daughters, attending Funeral ceremonies , transports charges etc hence monthly income of Rs 50000/- is most insufficient fot paying any income tax.     ISlam is a true religion of all the religions of the world.The simple life of our great prophet HAZARAT MUHAMMAD (PBUH) was a good example his most excellent characters was a good example for us and so we all muslims should adopt such good simple life. Similarly we should study the translation & TAFSEER and should learn the meaning of every arabic word of Alquran and we should pass our life with according to instructions/ orders given by great ALLAH because without learning the good islamic educations mentioned in the Al-Quran, we can not become a good and true momin ( MUSLIM PERSON)

    1)-ALLAH DONT LIKE THE MOST CRUEL PERSON. Hence we Muslims should feel the fear of allah and no any muslim should try to do cruelity upon any poor persons

    2)- The Great ALLAH has teach us to do justice with every poor person but it is pity to say that most of the Bureaucrates officers and their subordinate persons are not doing any justice because such officers are not true MUSLIM PERSONS AND such cruel officers are not fearing from the AAZAB of the ALLAH

    3)- It is also observed that most of the Muslim persons of Pakistan are fully involved in all the cases of henious crime ie Gang Rape incidents, kidnapping of small children, dacoity and thefting murdering cases etc

    Hence in order to obtain the good position of the muslim countries , it is advised that king of the saudi Arabia should form an organisation of ISLAMIC COUNCIL OF THE ISLAMIC WORLD and it Head quarter should be kept in riyaz and king of Saudi arbia shoul d become the Permanant Chairman of this Islamic Council

    The main purpose of forming this council is to improve the moral characters of all headsprime ministers of the Islamic Countries so that all countries should become the real islamic states with according to teaching of Islam mentioned in the holy QURAN

    TODAY is the 27 December of 2020. & today is the
    13th Death Anniversary of a great , bold, & Most generous
    kind hearted woman politician of Pakistan Ex PRIME
    MINISTER of Pakistan BENAZEER BHUTTU (Late) who was assassinated & martyered on 27th December 2007 at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi.
    Similarly , 79 years ago, the first Prime Minister of Pakistan Liaqat Ali Khan was murdered in the same Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi on 16 October 1951
    BENAZEER Bhuttu was one of the most intelligent and she was also a great leader & politician of this Islamic country of Pakistan She always had struggled very hard for the establishment & restoration of a real democratic & AWAMI Government of Pakistan under the shadow of most cruel and dictatorship General Zia ul Haque government of Pakistan for the restoration of Democratic Govt of Pakistan
    She also had remained in imprison for six year upto 1984 but she did not loose his heart and she had never felt any fear from General Zia ul Haque. She had continued his true & noble mission for the restoration of democratic government of Pakistan and at last , she had achieved his goal of mission for restoration of democratic government in this Islamic country of Pakistan.
    Be Nazeer Bhuttu was born on 21-06-1953(Sunday) in Karachi in Dr PINTO Hospotal Karachi and she was assassinated on 27-12-2007(THURSDAY) evening at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi.
    She was the 2nd political leader and prime minister of Pakistan who was assassinated at Liaqar Bagh Rawalpindi. Before this , Khan Liaqat Ali Khan was assassinated on 16-10-1951 (TUESDAY) at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi.
    She was the first educated at Lady Jenning Nursery School, Convent of jesus School, and St Mary School Karachi.
    She then went abroad for higher studies and she had educated at Harward university, Lady Margarate Hall College and St Catherine College and obtained the BA degree in the subject of Social Science, international affairs etc from 1969 to 1973.
    She then was educated in England at Oxford University, Red Clliffe College and studied the courses of Philosphy, Politics and economics from 1973 to 1977
    Her father Z.A.Bhuttu was executed on April 4, 1979 in a murder case but She and her mother were already in jail from 1977 up to 1982. However , both mother and daughter were being struggled very hard for the restoration of Democracy Government in Pakistan
    Be Nazeer was also remained in prison along with her mother Begum Nusrat Bhuttu (Late) when his father was hanged to death/executed on April 4 ,1979. (WEDNESDAY)
    Soon after execution of her father, Nusrat Bhuttu (Late) was made Chairperson of PPP and both mother and daughter had struggled very hard for the restoration of Democracy inside jail while most of the members had become isolated from PPP
    I think that No other any politician has struggled so hard for the restoration of Democratic Government as it was struggled by only one & one great and most intelligent and most bold young women Be Nazir Bhutto (Late) & her mother Nusrat Bhuttu (Late).
    Nusrat Bhuttu( Late) was remained chairperson of PPP since execution of her husband up to 10-01-1984. But because of bad health, she had made Be Nazeer Bhuttu as acting chairperson w.e.f 12-11-1982 and then she had entrusted this responsibility to Be Nazeer Bhuttu as chairperson of PPP on dated 10-01-1984 and so she had remained chairperson of PPP till date of her assassination on 27-12-2007(Thursday).
    Although she was even being the daughter of a great land lord and most wealthy and most influential political family but she was one of the most polited, sociable and most generous women of Pakistan . She was not a TAKABER PASAND (Proud) woman and I have always observed in the TV News Channel that she had never made any hesitation to meet the poor peoples of Pakistan. She always used to meet every person and used to listen their genuine grievances and always tried to redressed their all genuine problems and grievances etc because of the a real fact that she was one of the most generous, polite nature woman and she always like to meet every person of Pakistan (As far as possible) for listening their views and problems and she always tried to redressed their all the genuine and justified grievances at the spot.
    She was a generous , kind hearted and most sincere friend of poor people of Pakistan and she had always paid utmost attention in solving their genuine problems and grievances of the poor people of Pakistan on top priory basis and specially in the field of all social types and welfare types works i.e education for all, health facilities for all, restoration of women rights and providing them suitable jobs in all the government departments
    She had set up one independent ministry for the women development and ministry of youth affairs and she had also established FIRST WOMAN BANK and she had provided many Nos of good jobs to young jobless youths and women in both the government and private departments and she had also provided free interest loan to PURDAH NASHEEN widows and poor women of Pakistan from her personal fund for encouraging poor women to set up their own small industrial homes in their own houses .
    Syed Khurshid Shah MNA has been remained my real and most sincere bosom friend and we both had being remained in Wapda Sukkur circle of Hyderabad region and we both ( i.e I & Syed KHURSHID Shah) used to play cricket in the ground of DC Power House Sukkur .
    Syed Khurshid Shah is one of the most excellent person of Sukkur , He was most hard worker member of the PPP and he always used to work as a social worker and take care of every person of Sukkur. Hence it was the main reason that he become MNA for six times . It is the main proof of his popularity among the people of Sukkur,
    Similarly, Abdul Qadir Bhuttu ,( who was the first cousin of Z.A.Bhurru ) and proprieter of Indus Hotel Sukkur was also remained one of the my most best friend and as such, both persons ie Syed Khurshid Shah and Abdul Qadir Bhuttu , both always take my most care and to help me in Sukkur.
    In those day, I was living in a small house on Royal Road Sukkur. There was existed the house of Abdul Hafeez Pirzada, Federal Minister of Education , Abdul Haleem Pirzada Advocate . She was also most excellent persons of Sukkur.
    In those day ie in year 1977, I had received my first Prize of TYFON Award of HEARALD Competition of Monthly Herald. I denoted my this prize to Z.A. BHUTTU Flood Relief Fund.
    The news of this a good noble cause was also appeared in all the Urdu and English newspapers of Pakistan and weekly magazine of AKhbar Jehan Karachi.
    The Prime Minister of Pakistan Z.A. BHUTTU had appreciated this donation and had thanked upon my this act for a noble caused made in a good faith. Z.A. BHUTTU had directed his secretry to convey my thank to RAJA GHAZANFAR ALI KHAN ADOWALIYA
    One day, Z.A. BHUTTU had visited the house of ABDUL HALEEM PIR ZADA ADVOCATE ( The cousin of Abdul Hafeez PIRZADA) in Sukkur and he told him to convey my massage of THANK to RAJA GHAZANFAR ALI KHAN ADOWALIYA.
    One day ,when I was going to my office that on the way , ABDUL HALEEM PIRZADA met me on the way and he had conveyed the massage of THANK of Z.A. BHUTTU (Late) to me ..
    Hence I was much impressed of most polited , Most pleasant and most excellent moral character of a great political Leader of Prime Minister of Pakistan Z.A.BHUTTU (KLate).

    Hence it was the main reason that BENAZEER r Bhuttu was also a great woman leader ofb this Islamic country of pakistan and she was also one of the most excellent and also was most polite nature woman of this Islamic country of Pakistan and she was alsoa truecopy of her father Z.A.Khan
    It is a clear proof that the memory of Z.A. Bhuttu was most wonderful just like Hitler and CHUL CHUL and General Montgomery.
    It is also said that Hitler has a force of 35000 Nos of army man. He knew the names of every army man person and he also recognized the voice of every Army man talking out side of his (Hitler) office.
    Hence the same quality was also existed in Z.A. Bhuttu. He had also known the names of every PPP worker and person of Pakistan.
    Z.A. Bhuttu was actually a great & true leader of Pakistan as well as he was also a great politician of the world . He had dismissed 1300 Nosv of most corrupted & most inefficient officers of Pakistan and he had also most strictly directed all the officers of the Government Departments of pakistan to listen all the genuine complaints & grievances of the peoples of Pakistan in polited way by holding open kutchery .
    Similarly Be NAZEER BHUTTU also had issued most strict instructions to all the officers ofbtheGovernment departments of Pakistan that they should personally listen the genuine complaints of the peoples of Pakistan and they should redressed their all the genuine problems and grievances on the spots .
    Be NAZEER BHUTTU had learnt all the secret political tips from her father Z.A.Bhuttu .
    Similarly Z.A.Bhuttu also had trained her elder daughter Be NAZEER BHUTTU and had taught her about all the about all the techniques of the politics to him so that she should also become a great woman politician of Pakistan and she also should serve the peoples of Pakistan in most honestly and in most efficient wqays.
    Hence Be Nazeer Bhuttu had served the peoples of Pakistan in most efficiently and in most sincerely ways Pakistan in most sincerely way.
    Be Nazeer Bhuttu has remained the Prime Minister of Pakistan twice times.
    She first was remained Prime Minister of Pakistan from 0212-1988 up to 06-08-1990. She was the First woman Prime Minister of Pakistan of young age.But her government was ousted by President Ghulam Assaque Khan on the base of corruption ground.
    She again become Prime Minister of Pakistan from 19-10-1993 up to 05-11-1996.
    Dhe then remained leader of Opposition from 17-02-1997 upto12-10-1999.
    During government of Nawaz Sharif,But his government was ousted by General Perwaiz Mushraf on 12—10-1999 and he dissolved the National Assembly.
    After then, she passed an exile life in Dubai till Oct 2007. She then come back in Pakistan for the election but she was assassinated on 27 Dec 2007 at liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi and she was buried in Larkana beside her father grave.
    She was married with ASIF ALI ZAEDARI in 1988.She has one son and two daughter .
    Benazeer Bhuttu was belonged to most prominent respectable and the educated family of a good blooded family. She was born on 21th june 1953 Monday in Karachi and she was assassinated in Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi on 27 December 2007 Thursday evening .
    However It is a matter of great astonish and surprise that who had assassinated her in spite of Strict security of him and completely cordoned off of all areas of Liaqar Bagh areas of JALSA GAH by posting of heavy police duty for the secured security staff of this great political leader of Pakistan and why government of Pakistan could not try to trace the murderer so far even elapsing of 13 years of period since that time and even being remained the government of her her spouse Asif Ali Zardari who also remained the 13th president of Pakistan from 9th September 2008 up to 8th September 2013.
    Benazir Bhuttu had remained Prime Minister of Pakistan for two nos consecutive terms i.e she become the first youngest and first woman Prime Minister of the world and also first Islamic woman of the Islamic countries and the 12 th Prime Minister of Pakistan from 2-12-1988 up to 6-8-1990 when President of Pakistan Ishaque Khan had dissolved his government on account of baseless blames of corruptions . However she again had become the 18th Prime minister of Pakistan from 19-10-1993 upto 5-11-1990 when President of Pakistan Faeooque Ahmed Leghari also had dissolved her government on the same ground.
    I pay a great homage and respect to this great and bold woman leader of Pakistan who was one of the most well educated women and a great women Prime Minister of Pakistan who was one of the Most intelligent and most generous, most polite and kind hearted woman of Pakistan and whose belonged to one of the most influential political family of Pakistan.

    TODAY is the 27 December of 2020. & today is the
    13th Death Anniversary of a great , bold, & Most generous
    kind hearted woman politician of Pakistan Ex PRIME
    MINISTER of Pakistan BENAZEER BHUTTU (Late) who was assassinated & martyered on 27th December 2007 at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi.
    Similarly , 79 years ago, the first Prime Minister of Pakistan Liaqat Ali Khan was murdered in the same Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi on 16 October 1951
    BENAZEER Bhuttu was one of the most intelligent and she was also a great leader & politician of this Islamic country of Pakistan She always had struggled very hard for the establishment & restoration of a real democratic & AWAMI Government of Pakistan under the shadow of most cruel and dictatorship General Zia ul Haque government of Pakistan for the restoration of Democratic Govt of Pakistan
    She also had remained in imprison for six year upto 1984 but she did not loose his heart and she had never felt any fear from General Zia ul Haque. She had continued his true & noble mission for the restoration of democratic government of Pakistan and at last , she had achieved his goal of mission for restoration of democratic government in this Islamic country of Pakistan.
    Be Nazeer Bhuttu was born on 21-06-1953(Sunday) in Karachi in Dr PINTO Hospotal Karachi and she was assassinated on 27-12-2007(THURSDAY) evening at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi.
    She was the 2nd political leader and prime minister of Pakistan who was assassinated at Liaqar Bagh Rawalpindi. Before this , Khan Liaqat Ali Khan was assassinated on 16-10-1951 (TUESDAY) at Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi.
    She was the first educated at Lady Jenning Nursery School, Convent of jesus School, and St Mary School Karachi.
    She then went abroad for higher studies and she had educated at Harward university, Lady Margarate Hall College and St Catherine College and obtained the BA degree in the subject of Social Science, international affairs etc from 1969 to 1973.
    She then was educated in England at Oxford University, Red Clliffe College and studied the courses of Philosphy, Politics and economics from 1973 to 1977
    Her father Z.A.Bhuttu was executed on April 4, 1979 in a murder case but She and her mother were already in jail from 1977 up to 1982. However , both mother and daughter were being struggled very hard for the restoration of Democracy Government in Pakistan
    Be Nazeer was also remained in prison along with her mother Begum Nusrat Bhuttu (Late) when his father was hanged to death/executed on April 4 ,1979. (WEDNESDAY)
    Soon after execution of her father, Nusrat Bhuttu (Late) was made Chairperson of PPP and both mother and daughter had struggled very hard for the restoration of Democracy inside jail while most of the members had become isolated from PPP
    I think that No other any politician has struggled so hard for the restoration of Democratic Government as it was struggled by only one & one great and most intelligent and most bold young women Be Nazir Bhutto (Late) & her mother Nusrat Bhuttu (Late).
    Nusrat Bhuttu( Late) was remained chairperson of PPP since execution of her husband up to 10-01-1984. But because of bad health, she had made Be Nazeer Bhuttu as acting chairperson w.e.f 12-11-1982 and then she had entrusted this responsibility to Be Nazeer Bhuttu as chairperson of PPP on dated 10-01-1984 and so she had remained chairperson of PPP till date of her assassination on 27-12-2007(Thursday).
    Although she was even being the daughter of a great land lord and most wealthy and most influential political family but she was one of the most polited, sociable and most generous women of Pakistan . She was not a TAKABER PASAND (Proud) woman and I have always observed in the TV News Channel that she had never made any hesitation to meet the poor peoples of Pakistan. She always used to meet every person and used to listen their genuine grievances and always tried to redressed their all genuine problems and grievances etc because of the a real fact that she was one of the most generous, polite nature woman and she always like to meet every person of Pakistan (As far as possible) for listening their views and problems and she always tried to redressed their all the genuine and justified grievances at the spot.
    She was a generous , kind hearted and most sincere friend of poor people of Pakistan and she had always paid utmost attention in solving their genuine problems and grievances of the poor people of Pakistan on top priory basis and specially in the field of all social types and welfare types works i.e education for all, health facilities for all, restoration of women rights and providing them suitable jobs in all the government departments
    She had set up one independent ministry for the women development and ministry of youth affairs and she had also established FIRST WOMAN BANK and she had provided many Nos of good jobs to young jobless youths and women in both the government and private departments and she had also provided free interest loan to PURDAH NASHEEN widows and poor women of Pakistan from her personal fund for encouraging poor women to set up their own small industrial homes in their own houses .
    Syed Khurshid Shah MNA has been remained my real and most sincere bosom friend and we both had being remained in Wapda Sukkur circle of Hyderabad region and we both ( i.e I & Syed KHURSHID Shah) used to play cricket in the ground of DC Power House Sukkur .
    Syed Khurshid Shah is one of the most excellent person of Sukkur , He was most hard worker member of the PPP and he always used to work as a social worker and take care of every person of Sukkur. Hence it was the main reason that he become MNA for six times . It is the main proof of his popularity among the people of Sukkur,
    Similarly, Abdul Qadir Bhuttu ,( who was the first cousin of Z.A.Bhurru ) and proprieter of Indus Hotel Sukkur was also remained one of the my most best friend and as such, both persons ie Syed Khurshid Shah and Abdul Qadir Bhuttu , both always take my most care and to help me in Sukkur.
    In those day, I was living in a small house on Royal Road Sukkur. There was existed the house of Abdul Hafeez Pirzada, Federal Minister of Education , Abdul Haleem Pirzada Advocate . She was also most excellent persons of Sukkur.
    In those day ie in year 1977, I had received my first Prize of TYFON Award of HEARALD Competition of Monthly Herald. I denoted my this prize to Z.A. BHUTTU Flood Relief Fund.
    The news of this a good noble cause was also appeared in all the Urdu and English newspapers of Pakistan and weekly magazine of AKhbar Jehan Karachi.
    The Prime Minister of Pakistan Z.A. BHUTTU had appreciated this donation and had thanked upon my this act for a noble caused made in a good faith. Z.A. BHUTTU had directed his secretry to convey my thank to RAJA GHAZANFAR ALI KHAN ADOWALIYA
    One day, Z.A. BHUTTU had visited the house of ABDUL HALEEM PIR ZADA ADVOCATE ( The cousin of Abdul Hafeez PIRZADA) in Sukkur and he told him to convey my massage of THANK to RAJA GHAZANFAR ALI KHAN ADOWALIYA.
    One day ,when I was going to my office that on the way , ABDUL HALEEM PIRZADA met me on the way and he had conveyed the massage of THANK of Z.A. BHUTTU (Late) to me ..
    Hence I was much impressed of most polited , Most pleasant and most excellent moral character of a great political Leader of Prime Minister of Pakistan Z.A.BHUTTU (KLate).

    Hence it was the main reason that BENAZEER r Bhuttu was also a great woman leader ofb this Islamic country of pakistan and she was also one of the most excellent and also was most polite nature woman of this Islamic country of Pakistan and she was alsoa truecopy of her father Z.A.Khan
    It is a clear proof that the memory of Z.A. Bhuttu was most wonderful just like Hitler and CHUL CHUL and General Montgomery.
    It is also said that Hitler has a force of 35000 Nos of army man. He knew the names of every army man person and he also recognized the voice of every Army man talking out side of his (Hitler) office.
    Hence the same quality was also existed in Z.A. Bhuttu. He had also known the names of every PPP worker and person of Pakistan.
    Z.A. Bhuttu was actually a great & true leader of Pakistan as well as he was also a great politician of the world . He had dismissed 1300 Nosv of most corrupted & most inefficient officers of Pakistan and he had also most strictly directed all the officers of the Government Departments of pakistan to listen all the genuine complaints & grievances of the peoples of Pakistan in polited way by holding open kutchery .
    Similarly Be NAZEER BHUTTU also had issued most strict instructions to all the officers ofbtheGovernment departments of Pakistan that they should personally listen the genuine complaints of the peoples of Pakistan and they should redressed their all the genuine problems and grievances on the spots .
    Be NAZEER BHUTTU had learnt all the secret political tips from her father Z.A.Bhuttu .
    Similarly Z.A.Bhuttu also had trained her elder daughter Be NAZEER BHUTTU and had taught her about all the about all the techniques of the politics to him so that she should also become a great woman politician of Pakistan and she also should serve the peoples of Pakistan in most honestly and in most efficient wqays.
    Hence Be Nazeer Bhuttu had served the peoples of Pakistan in most efficiently and in most sincerely ways Pakistan in most sincerely way.
    Be Nazeer Bhuttu has remained the Prime Minister of Pakistan twice times.
    She first was remained Prime Minister of Pakistan from 0212-1988 up to 06-08-1990. She was the First woman Prime Minister of Pakistan of young age.But her government was ousted by President Ghulam Assaque Khan on the base of corruption ground.
    She again become Prime Minister of Pakistan from 19-10-1993 up to 05-11-1996.
    Dhe then remained leader of Opposition from 17-02-1997 upto12-10-1999.
    During government of Nawaz Sharif,But his government was ousted by General Perwaiz Mushraf on 12—10-1999 and he dissolved the National Assembly.
    After then, she passed an exile life in Dubai till Oct 2007. She then come back in Pakistan for the election but she was assassinated on 27 Dec 2007 at liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi and she was buried in Larkana beside her father grave.
    She was married with ASIF ALI ZAEDARI in 1988.She has one son and two daughter .
    Benazeer Bhuttu was belonged to most prominent respectable and the educated family of a good blooded family. She was born on 21th june 1953 Monday in Karachi and she was assassinated in Liaqat Bagh Rawalpindi on 27 December 2007 Thursday evening .
    However It is a matter of great astonish and surprise that who had assassinated her in spite of Strict security of him and completely cordoned off of all areas of Liaqar Bagh areas of JALSA GAH by posting of heavy police duty for the secured security staff of this great political leader of Pakistan and why government of Pakistan could not try to trace the murderer so far even elapsing of 13 years of period since that time and even being remained the government of her her spouse Asif Ali Zardari who also remained the 13th president of Pakistan from 9th September 2008 up to 8th September 2013.
    Benazir Bhuttu had remained Prime Minister of Pakistan for two nos consecutive terms i.e she become the first youngest and first woman Prime Minister of the world and also first Islamic woman of the Islamic countries and the 12 th Prime Minister of Pakistan from 2-12-1988 up to 6-8-1990 when President of Pakistan Ishaque Khan had dissolved his government on account of baseless blames of corruptions . However she again had become the 18th Prime minister of Pakistan from 19-10-1993 upto 5-11-1990 when President of Pakistan Faeooque Ahmed Leghari also had dissolved her government on the same ground.
    I pay a great homage and respect to this great and bold woman leader of Pakistan who was one of the most well educated women and a great women Prime Minister of Pakistan who was one of the Most intelligent and most generous, most polite and kind hearted woman of Pakistan and whose belonged to one of the most influential political family of Pakistan.

    راجہ غضنفر علی خان نے مزید انکشاف کیا ہے کہ ان کے بڑے بھاءی پروفیسر و ڈین ڈاکٹر راجہ غلام اصغر مرحوم جو ۱۹۵۲ سے ۲۰۰۸ تک پاکستان کی تاریخ کے انٹر نیشنل فیم ایک مشہور سرجن تھے وہ جب پاکستان سے باہر کے ممالک میں میڈیکل کانفرنس اور سمپوزیم میں لیکچر دینے کے لیے جایا کرتے تھے تو باہر کے غیر اسلامی اور اسلامی ممالک کے سفارت کار ان کو اپنے ممالک میں پرکش تنخواہون اور شاندار مراعات کے ساتھ اچھی ملازمت کی آفر (پیشکش) کیا کرتے تھے مگر پاکستان کے عظیم سرجن ڈاکتر راجہ غلام اصغر وہ پیشکش قبول کرنے سے انکار کر دیتے تھے کیونکہ وہ ایک سچے پاکستانی محب وطن انسان تھے اور وہ ہر سال ایمانداری سے حکومت پاکستان کو لاکھوں روپے کا انکم ٹیکس ادا کیا کرتے تھے مگر افسوس ہے کہ ان کے آباءی علاقے میں کسی قسم کا کوءی ترقیاتی کام نہیں ہو رہا ہے کیونکہ تمام ترقیاتی فنڈ کی یونین کونسل چک شادی اور یونین کونسل ہرن پور کے علاقے میں خرچ ہو رہی ہے جب کہ ان دونوں یونین کونسلوں کے ممبران نے کسی قسم کے کارہاءے نمایاں کام بالکل سرانجام نہیں دیءے ہیں اور اس پس ماندہ ترین علاقے کے قومی اسمبلی ، صوباءی اسمبلی اور ضلع کونسل جہلم کے ممبران تمام ترقیاتی فنڈ خود ہڑپ کررہے ہیں

    اس پس ماندہ علاقے کے اہم ترین مساءل درج ذیل ہیں

    (۱)- ہرن پور اور ملکوال کے درمیان دریاءے جہلم پر ٹریفک پل کی تعمیر اب تک نہیں ہوءی ہے

    (۲)- ریلوے پل وکٹوریہ کی سو سالہ معیاد ختم ہو چکی ہے

    (۳)- اور اس پل کو عبور ، پار کرنے کے لیے ( یعنی کراس کرنے کے لیے ) وکٹوریہ برج کے پل میں عوام کے گزرنے کے لیے جو راستہ موجود ہے اس کے دیمک زدہ گلے سڑے تختے آءے دن دریا مین گرتے رہتے ہیں اورگذشتہ سو سال سے سینکڑوں لوگ ، خواتین اور بچے اس پل کے لکڑی کےبوسیدہ اور گلے سڑے راستے سے گزرتے ہوءے آءے دن دریا میں گر کر ہلاک ہو چکے ہیں اور لکڑی کے بوسیدہ تختوں کی وجہ سے دریا میں گر کر ہلاک شدہ افراد کے اعداد و شمار کے اصل تمام قومی اخبارات کے صفحات پر موجود ہیں

    (۴)۔ اور دوسری جانب عوام کے ساتھ جھوٹے وعدے کرنے والے ، اس پس ماندہ علاقے کے سیدھے سادھے عوام کو بے وقوف بنانے والے ، اور اس پس ماندہ علاقے کے ترقیاتی فنڈ کو قومی اسمبلی ، صوباءی اسمبلی اور ڈسٹرکٹ کونسل جہلم کے عوامی نماءندے اپنی ذاتی جاگیر سمجھ کر ہڑپ کر رہے ہیں اور ناقص اور خطرناک پل کی وجہ سے دریا میں گرنے والے عوام کی ہلاکت پر بہت ہی خوش ہو رہے ہیں کیونکہ ان عوامی نماءندوں کے دلوں میں خدا کا خوف بالکل موجود نہیں ہے

    (۵)۔ گذشتہ دو سو سال سے اس علاقے کی بنجر اور نمکین زرعی زمینوں کو سیراب کرنے کے لیے اب تک عوام کے پرزور مطالبے کےباوجود پنڈ دادن خان نہر کی تعمیر اب تک نہیں ہو سکی ہے

    (٦)- سیلاب کی روک تھام کے لیے دریا کے کنارے پر دس فٹ بلند بند تعمیر نہیں کیے گءے ہین

    (۷)۔ سیلاب کی روک تھام کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ دریا کے کنارے پر اگے ہوءے درختون کو نہ کاٹا جاءے مگر عوامی با اثر نماءندے تمام درختوں کو کات کر فروخت کر دیتے ہیں

    (۸)۔ تعجب کی بات یہ ہے کہ اس اسلامی ملک پاکستان میں ہر پانچ میل کے فاصلے پر بااثر سیاسی افراد کے ایسے بھی کم آبادی والے علاقے بھی موجود ہیں جن کو بلاجواز اور جسٹ ٹی فیکیشن کے بغیر ضلع بنا دیا گیا ہے اور انتظامی اخراجات میں فضول اضافہ کیا گیا ہے

    (۹)- مگر تحصیل پنڈ دادن خان کو اب تک ضلع نہیں بنایا گیا ہے

    (۱۰)- پنڈ دادن تا للہ انٹر چینچ کی ۲۹ کلو میٹر کی سنگل روڈ گذشتہ ایک سال سے ٹوت پھوٹ کا شکار ہو چکی ہے سڑک کے دونون کنارے پر سیم کا پانی کھڑا ہے ڈیفنس کے لحاط سے یہ ایک اہم ترین سڑک ہے ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ اس روڈ کو ڈبل روڈ بنانے کے لیے آٹھ فٹ کی اونچاءی تک کنکریٹ کی مضبوط ترین بھرتی ڈال کر فوج کی نگرانی میں نءے سرے سے ڈبل روڈ تعمیر کرواءی جاءے

    (۱۱)-تمام دیہاتی علاقوں کے قبرستان کی چار دیواری تعمیر کرواءی جاءے تا کہ جانورون کے قبرستانوں سے گزرنے کی سورت مین قبرون کی بے حرمتی نہ ہو

    (۱۲)- آددوال میں دو عدد بواءے اینڈ گرلز ہاءی اسکول قاءم کیے جاءین تا کہ طلباء اور طالبات کو دور درازعلاقوں کے اسکولوں میں جانے کی تکلیف نہ ہو

    (۱۳)- اس پس ماندہ علاقے کے تمام دیہاتی علاقوں میں یوٹیلیٹی اسٹورز قاءم کیے جاءیں

    (۱۴)- پنڈ دان خان کے اس پس ماندہ علاقے کے تمام دیہاتی علاقوں کو جلد سے جلد سوءی گیس کی سپلاءی دی جاءے

    (۱۵)۔ پنڈدادن خان کے پس ماندہ علاقے کے قومی اور صوباءی اسمبلی کے ممبران کو اور ضلع کونسل جہلم کے ممبران کو اس پس ماندہ علاقے میں ترقیاتی کام کروانے میں کوءی دلچسپی نہیں ہے

    (۱٦)۔ مندرجہ بالا حقاءق کو پیش نظر رکھ کر راجہ غضنفرعلی خان آددوالیہ نے وزیر اعظم پاکستان عمران خان سے پرزور اپیل کی ہے کہ پنڈ دادن خان کو جلد سےجلد ضلع کا درجہ دیا جاءے اور چک شادی کی یونین کونسل کو منسوخ کر کے آددوال کو یونین کونسل بنایا جاءے اور تمام ترقیاتی فنڈ کی رقم کمشنر راولپنڈی کے حوالے کی جاءے تا کہ اس پس ماندہ علاقے میًں ترقیاتی کام ہونے کے آ ثار نظر آ سکیں اور اس علاقے کے لوگ آءندہ الیکشن میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی حکومت کامیاب کروا سکیں
