UEFA Champions League final moves from Turkey to Portugal
The UEFA Champions League final has been moved from Turkey to Portugal, with the final now set for May 29 in Potomac.
According to foreign media reports, English football clubs Chelsea and Manchester City are competing in this final.
The UEFA president said the decision was made after Turkey was added to the UK’s travel red list.
He also said that the fans could not be deprived of watching the match on the ground.
Following the decision, 12,000 football fans from the UK will now be able to travel to Portugal.
Similarly, out of 12,000 spectators, 6,000 will be from Chelsea and 6,000 from Manchester City.
