yaha almost sab council waly shehzady bethy huwey hain apni merzi se atay hai subah 10 baje aor merzi se jaty hain koi puchny wala nai hai.
union council number 26 afandi colony kabhi subah 9:00am chappa mar k dekhna 10 baje tak tala hi lga rahta hai.

Honourable member of Parliament,
I am an overseas Pakistani and I tried to register my children at Union Council Changa Bangial ( GUJAR Khan).
I personally went to the the council with my children’s identity cards but they were asking for extreme amounts of money and unessesary documents.
They taking money in region of 8,000 to 10,000 rupees to register a child’s name.
Late fee is only 200-500 rupees but this is totally unacceptable.
No other union council is taking this money or asking for unnecessary documents.
Could you kindly let me know how I can register my children and what is the fees and documents I require ?
