From NA-272 in general election of 2002, Mrs. Zubaida Jalal an Independent candidate (IND) was succeeded by getting 44100 votes. Dr. Abdul Maalik the candidate of Balochistan National Movement (BNM) gets second position by getting 36100 votes. In 2008, the candidate of Balochistan National Party (A) (BNP (A)), Yaqoob Buzanjo was succeeded by getting 61600 votes.
Zubaida Jalal an Independent candidate (IND) gets second position by getting 33500 votes. In 2013, the candidate of Balochistan National Party (BNP), Syed Essa Noori was succeeded by getting 15835 votes.
Muhammad Yaseen Baloch the candidate of National Party (NP) gets second position by getting 15316 votes.
