According to delimitation 2023, there are two National Assembly constituencies in Jhelum district. NA-61 is the second of them, while the other is NA-60.
There is severe competition between rival political parties in these constituencies. The major candidates are from PML-N, PTI, PPP, JI, and TLP. A lot of independent candidates are also in the field.
